Absolutely terrible service! From start to finish. In fact, we didn’t even finish. I removed my car from this garage as they are so incompetent, It was in for a repair for a clutch which was under warranty, booked in for 6 weeks, had a heavily pregnant partner. They booked in a repair for a date, took the car for two weeks when was meant to be a 2 day job. When we dropped the car, was told it can take 1 week, Called on the 10th day and asked for update, to which they said hadn’t even been approved or started. Martin the customer service guy absolute lier! Tried telling us head office hadn’t approved when 2 months prior he told us they did. Would never recommend this company in a million years, completely put me off KIA and would definitely never recommend! Absolute shambles to every body working there! What a diabolical Buisness they have here DO NOT USE OR PURCHASE ANY VEICHLE FROM!

I would like to thank Nathan the salesman for his first class service with the purchase of my new car. Right from sending me a personal video of the car, to the trading in of my car, which I can honestly say they worked with me with the figures I could only go too.
