I have been leasing cars from Kia KenBrown in Stevenage for 6 years now, 4 months ago I started my new lease and my goodness how their service has changed! My car has been in the garage for 12 days now as they can not find a fault, the service they have provided is abysmal, Last week I called 3 days in a row never answered the phone, had to call sales team to pass a message on, I asked for a car after 3 days they refused, I am at day 13 still no working car and still no courtesy car. I have 3 children and walking them to school and back is horrendous especially as 2 of them are in Early years and don't live close, so let down would not recommend

Just picked up our used Kia Picanto from Ken Brown Stevenage. Many thanks to Christian for impeccable service. The dealership does go the extra distance - its serviced, MOT'ed and the dealer has replaced the clutch and front pads and discs on their own initiative before delivery. After spending all that on the car was genuinely impressed that it came with a full tank of fuel. Well done and thanks - we will be back

Seek out Aaron on sales because he goes the extra distance to make you feel like a genuinely valued customer .A great asset to the company. We have puchaced 5 cars from Ken Brown ,we moved from Stevenage to Skegness but will return to Ken Brown for the above reasons .
