We recently took delivery of a new Hybrid Niro. Firstly. What a car. It is an absolute pleasure to drive. I do not have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe this car. We have been customers of Ken Jervis since 1989 and we have seen them grow into a first class dealership. I don't know how they go from strength to strength with apparently so little effort (I'm sure there is some very hard work being done behind the scenes). All the staff are very knowledgeable (including the service staff) and pleasant. There is always a smile when you go into the showroom. I've got to give a shout out to Ben. He firstly asked what were our needs and expectations from the vehicles on offer. There was no pressure to purchase any particular vehicle; just honest advice and guidance. The "Tech Talk" from James was refreshingly simple and easy to understand (any tech jargon was explained in a way that even I could grasp). So. Like the Niro, I have run out of superlatives for "Team Ken Jervis". The kind of customer service you have and do provide has kept us coming back for 30+ yrs. Thank you once again.

We took my car in for its annual service. From walking through the doors of Ken Jervis to book it in and than picking it up afterwards the treatment we received from staff was exceptional. We were greeted by a very friendly warm atmosphere and was made a fuss of which felt really lovely. James then came to check we were happy with the service we had been given which topped it off, his knowledge and professionalism and carried our experience to the full. What a lovely team of people at Ken Jervis.
We picked our new kia sportage up last friday ( 19th march 2021) everything was all sorted very quickly with no problems . A big shout out to Mike Buckley for all his help hes a very friendly and approachable gent he will help you find your perfect car we absolutely love ours so a huge thank you to Ken Jervis kia stoke 😃 xxx

Could not Fault Kia show room in Stoke on Trent, great customer service, can't do enough for you, very efficient No 1 in my book beats all the other car companies in Stoke
Ken Jervis Stoke were generally ok service but would not recommend if you live too far away from the dealership as you may need to make a re visit. I used them once (never again) as at the time I worked near by. If its a door handle that you need replaced go somewhere else as their technicians are hopeless.
I bought a Kia Picanto from here in December 2014. Everything was perfect. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and I have had no issues with the car what so ever. The car was a very good price and I have no complaints at all. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Stopped to test drive a 2014 reg Kia Picanto that was for sale at Ken Jervis in Stoke On Trent. All was as it should be: the car was ready, performed well and Ian was a courteous and friendly sales rep. Got a fair price for my car and as a result went ahead with purchase. Very content.
