Made an appointment to view a second family car. Met on arrival by Ian from sales who after a quick chat gave us the keys to go on a test drive. On returning he asked what we thought and when we said we would like to buy it. The service we had from him while waiting for the car to be checked over,serviced and given a fresh mot was excellent, always kept updated on the progress .

Great service, following successful MOT, the team noticed potential oil leak so before handing over checked it out thoroughly & resolved. Although that meant change of collection date, Mike & team kept me up to date on status throughout.

Excellent start to finish sales process from Brett and the team at Honda Saw the car online Saturday, Car was is as good as the description provided. Honda made sure it was checked over mechanically and new MOT. We picked it up Thursday. Just a very pleasant and efficient experience leaving us feeling we have a very fair deal, interest that we are satisfied and confidence that our interests were key. And specifically they got the right balance of keeping contact on progress until face to face was needed. A good thing to balance in current times. Thank you.
