I’ve purchased 2 used vehicles from Michael Spinks at Kendal Honda & the customer service I received was the same as if I was buying a new car. After a few hiccups with the pick up date of my car, both Ian and Mike had the car ready for me as soon as I arrived in store! with Mike even quickly taking the car into the workshop to check the tyre pressure and everything else with the car was perfect before I set off in windy conditions. It has been my first dealership car, Ian made the process seem so effortless and so easy for me, keeping me updated with what was happening and when. Definitely will be recommending Ian and Mike to family and friends!

We have just bought our 4th Honda CR-V in 10 years from Kendal Honda and were once again impressed with the friendly and efficient manner displayed by all the members of the sales and service team. Each stage of the buying process is explained in detail and any queries immediately dealt with. just bought a civic from ian gibbs at Honda kendle,when i collected the car could not believe the superb condition of the car,any small defects had been rectified and the vehicle was valeted to a extremely high standard,all paperwork was dealt with promptly and professionally,well done

Got chatting to Ian whilst at the dealership and he managed to find a pre-reg car with delivery mileage and a huge saving. There was no hard sell, he listened to what I wanted and then figures were agreed, I got an acceptable part exchange price and the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. A real pleasure to do business with them. I would definitely recommend.!

I have just bought a used Honda Civic from Kendal Honda. It was a distance purchase, being bought online in December whilst I was in Spain. I expressed an interest in 3 vehicles from 3 different dealers. Only Kyle Wilson from Kendal Honda bothered to respond and did so with an hour of my enquiry via AutoTrader. Kyle was first class and totally honest about the car and was more helpful than any sales person l have been involved with over the years. The transaction was easy and flawless. The collection of the car was painless to the point of being a pleasant experience. I would recommend sales at Kendal Honda and in particular, the sales person l dealt with - Kyle Wilson (pity about the car mats, Kyle - joke!)
