Brought a car from them and not having owned this type of car before did not realise a part was missing. Contacted them while the car was under warranty to bring this up along with a fault as well. They replied saying the part was on the car when we brought it. I sent prove to them that it was not and then I did not get replies to my emails there after. Eventually after sending various emails they replied to this and the fault I had with the car saying basically tough your problem even though it was under warranty. My advise is to do what I am going to do and buy your next car somewhere else where you get good customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I purchased a BMW 116I (KG06KGA) from this "company" back in September 2019 and it was one of the biggest mistakes ive ever made. The fact they are an AA approved dealer means next to nothing as this company will do all they can to avoid fixing any faults which occur with any vehicle you purchase. When first viewing the car the sales man offered us an unaccompanied test drive of the car for a total of 3 miles (the route he instructed) which does not allow any car enough time to warm up nor does it allow you to get the vehicle up to speed as there is a speed limit of 40mph. On return from the test drive we explained we had some issues. After taking the full amount of money and making me sign some barely readable "legal documents" i was allowed to leave. By the time i got home several faults appeared with the vehicle. 1) the airbag light came on 2) the windscreen washers stopped working 3) the door handles were sticking open 4) engine was making a "ticking noise" when home i contacted kent motoring company and he assured me that all the faults will be fixed under warranty if i take it to their recommended garage Maidstone M.O.T & Repair Centre and that if i give them a list all will be fixed. I dropped the vehicle with the garage and left it with them. Once it came to collecting the vehicle i was informed that all issues were fixed minus the airbag light as they have to order parts. The following day it became apparent that none of these issues had been fixed at all. Again I raised the issue with Kent motoring company which resulted in lots of visits back and forth to their repair garage as they kept making excuses as to why they could not complete the repair. They then informed me that if the airbag light was still on at the time its due for an MOT they would pass it with the light on (ILLEGALLY doing an MOT) this has since been reported. months later down the line kent motoring company had still not fixed all the faults with the vehicle and had now starting denying that any had been mentioned to them. After multiple excuses as to how parts had not arrived I was informed that the correct part had now arrived for the airbag light and my car could be repaired, at this point I had already lost all faith in kent motoring company so went to check they did in fact have the correct part. To no surprise i arrive at Maidstone M.O.T & Repair Centre to be greeted by "Raf" i asked to see the item for the repair and he proceeds to pass me a bag with an item bought from Ebay, as expected this was not the correct part to fix the issue known as a "bypass emulator" which bypasses the checks the car does and means that in the event of an accident the airbag will still deploy meaning no child seats could be used in the front of the vehicle. I removed the paperwork showing this to take a photo as it had been months at this point and i was considering court action. As im trying to take the photo "Raf" attempts to rip the paperwork from my hand so i could not take a picture. Fortunately he did not manage this. We ended up taking KMC to court to resolve this issue to which originally they did not contest until a CCJ had been issued against them as they failed to appear. They did not follow correct procedures when filling out court paperwork nor did they send copies out to relevant people as they should. fast forward 2 years down the line to have their appeal to the CCJ heard and "KMC" deny all knowledge of refusing a refund and suddenly change their attitude and offer a refund to what i paid for the vehicle. They not only wasted my time and money buying an unroadworthy car but also my time and money in having to take them to court to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs. Bought a Fiat 500 from this garage. Day I picked it up I broke down as the battery was dead. 6 weeks after that I had to cough up £800 as both the rear wheel bearings had collapsed. 8 weeks later the gear selector has gone. I’m refusing to spend out any more money on the car so it’s just sat going nowhere. Kent motoring company refusing any responsibility. Disgusting service to say the least!!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. 2 months ago I bought a Nissan Qashqai car and after 5 weeks because I didn't receive a log book (v5c) I called and it was answered that it was possible because Covid19 is possible to hold back and wait another week. And so it was repeated 3 weeks in a row. Then to tell me it's not their fault and to appeal to the DVLA to solve my problem on my own.

I bought a Ford Focus from Kent Motoring Company . It drives lovely and I am very happy with it. They let me test drove it on my own and did not push at all. The staff are very helpful and let me to have a good look around before I made my decision. The transfer of car was very professionally and they helped me with tax and insurance too. I am very happy with their service and definitely recommend Kent Motoring Company.

Reading all this reviews, my experience with Kent Motoring Companyis a 5 star review. I purchased my Ford Fiesta from them recently and it is brilliant and I love it. The service I received from them is excellent, friendly and very helpful salesman, no pushy at all, he explained everything and showed me service history and MOT paper. I will recommend this dealer to all of you.
Adding to my below review.....Had car two days ...After lots of phone calls i took my car to the AA warranty garage to be informed the clutch was gone and its NOT covered on the warranty BEWARE the warranty this garage offers is worthless .ANY WORK deemed by the AA warranty to be wear and tear is NOT covered Its in every respect a get out system by the car company to wash their hands of you if like me you are sold a ringer !!! Think of anything on a car that wont be wear and tear. I have left reviews on other sites and am talking to the AA as to why they support this car company. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KENT MOTORING WORLD. This is my previous review. Purchased car from this place . Sales team very friendly non pushy and took me for short test drive . Assured me car was top notch . Two days later can’t get reverse gear without making massive crunch and annoying rattle at 60 mph. Phoned the company to be informed to contact the AA warranty they will sort it !! Phone the AA warranty to be given a name of local garage to contact for an assessment on my two day old car !! Garage said sounds like gearbox or clutch and AA warranty won’t cover this as they deem it wear and tear !! No aftersales from the Kent car company no support or offer of help . I trusted these people but feel absolutely ripped off . My advice go elsewhere . What seems a good deal is not , if there’s a problem your on your own fighting with the AA warranty that basically is a get out clause for the Kent Car Company so say your on your own nothing to do with us !!!!! Shame as at first they seemed a decent garage . Out if pocket for repairs

Dangerous issues with the car. In my case almost daily random engine cut out while driving throughout the whole of the month warranty. Will fob you off with any suggestion, e.g., check battery, maybe it was raining, put new battery in the key, could be the petrol. Then when you drive it 50 miles because they say they want to help they check the oil, clear the many diagnostics without admitting there were any and say nothings wrong. Kent Motoring World are a bad lot.
