An online booking was cancelled by the Service Manager without prior notification simply because they hadn't checked the online system and it was 'not convenient'. Then proceeded to make out it was my fault for not understanding how the system worked!

Please be aware of the service department they will happily assist you with your services and MoT and any issues, however this will come with further issues upon return due to negligence. My car has been damaged with further repairs and costs arising away from the initial complaint. I have witnessed this also while in the showroom with other customers. They are only interested in making as much money as they can and creating more issues to keep you paying. Be aware and note this review.

When we first bought our Land Rover Defender from them in 2012, the customer service was amazing. Fast forward to 2021 and my poorly car needed to be repaired. After repair, I was told it would be SIX days before they would return the vehicle to me as they were busy!!! I’m an old lady and have no way of getting to the dealership to collect my car. I have no other means of transport. I am also considered Clinically Extremely Vulnerable and am shielding. Very poor and disappointing service indeed.

I was looking for a used Evoque and my Sister recommended Gareth at Kentdale. It was a bit of a gamble as I live 250 miles away but I had confidence after speaking to Gareth that he would find me the right vehicle and he did. My vehicle was delivered to my door and that was the first time I saw it. It was absolutely gleaming and looked brand new. There were a couple of issues that developed after delivery but Gareth dealt with these immediately and I can honestly say I have been amazed at the 1st class treatment I have had. I can 100% recommend Gareth and this Dealership.⭐️

first time I visited last year was a bit of a negative experience. Thought give them a second chance, this time the experience was completely difference very competent, polite and approachable. From dropping car off to picking it up was excellent. my car was very dirty and I mean dirty and they cleaned it as well. Well done .
