Had a mobile mechanic come out and replace missing caliper bolts on my van. Logan had a terrible attitude. The issue with my van wasn't his fault and caused by another company, yet he still was dismissive of everything I said. I think he was having a bad day but that's not my problem. He then said he'd order an additional part that was needed but didn't. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Car went to Kerr and Smith for an insurance repair. I was told the job would take 8 to 10 days, it took 8 weeks. The manager kept giving false time scales and would not return my calls. The paintwork was terrible with dirt under the paint and areas so poorly sprayed that you could see primer. The wheel arches were poorly aligned and hanging off. They had billed the insurance provider for work which was not carried out. This was all verified by an independent assessor who had to look at the car in order for it to be properly repaired. It cost the insurer £1600 to rectify their attempted repair.

Car put in at Kerr & Smith as part of an insurance claim. Despite evidence given they refuse to put car back to 100% saying it was already like that which is nonsense. In the pockets of the insurance companies instead of the underlying customer. Avoid at all costs.

Car went in with a dented door through insurance they deemed it a total loss (rubbish) wouldnt return car to me in renfrew had to pick up myself when they took the car away in 1st place! Picked up car, brakes now not working, accelerator half working no diesel in car, and flat tyre. ALL WHEN PICK UP AND NOT HOW IT LEFT MY HOUSE. STAY AWAY FROM KERR AND SMITH!!!!!
