Found my dream car on eBay and contacted Scott about a part-exchange. Sent pictures of my car and did a deal in principal before driving down to see the car I wanted to buy. Scott has lots of lovely cars and has a discerning eye for quality. I was quite tempted to go for something else when I got there, but ultimately long story short ended up going for the car I fell in love with on eBay. Scott is a no nonsense, straight talking guy and I'd highly recommend buying from him any day of the week. Thanks Scott, hope you can sort my brother out with a nice new set of wheels next! Incompetent handling of a trade in. Kinetic Auto Sales is reckless and irresponsible. Avoid at all costs.

When you trade a vehicle in part exchange it is the responsibility of the owner of that vehicle to inform the DVLA of the sale to a dealer which is why you use the yellow trade slip on the V5/c to do exactly that.

Got a very good deal on the car. Very quick and easy to deal with.
Bought a beautiful Mercedes from these guys. Would buy again, very impressed with it and the dealer was very helpful.
I unfortunately bought Kinetic’s “LOW MILES WITH SERVICE HISTORY SUPER EXAMPLE” 2014 Subaru Outback after seeing the advert on AutoTrader and so far 2,000 pounds has been spent on it at my local Subaru garage... None of the four major faults were mentioned on the advert. Two of them were repaired at Subaru’s expense as safety recalls, the faulty glow plugs he will claim that I knew about after he had been forced to admit what the warning lights on the dashboard were saying and the broken reversing camera he claims was not on the car when it was clearly stated on the advert. The Subaru garage took pity on me and solved the engine oil leak gratis as they had to take the engine apart to replace the glow plugs. I dread the coming MOT test result... I am old and mature enough to take a bad buy on the chin and luckily I have the wherewithal to afford the odd disaster but neither AutoTrader or Kinetic were remotely interested in the difference between the advert and reality... Caveat Emptor!!!

Went to view the car at Kinetic Auto Sales, it wasn’t as described it was filthy dirty he new all day we were coming as we booked an appointment, all alloys had lacker peeling off dent in bumper had 700 more miles than advertised. When asking about the service history he was clueless. This was for an £11000 car...is a typical secondhand car dealer, out for himself. Avoid!!!
