We would have no hesitation in buying from Kingsway again and would highly recommend to others looking to buy an affordable car.

This is our second vehicle that we have bought from Kingsway Motor Company, great service, not pushy staff and good after sales, would recommend this company.
My son bought a Hyundai from this garage. On day one the key fell apart and the wing mirror glass fell out, he was left stranded unable to use the car. After 30 days, all they’d managed was to botch the key and give him the mirror glass - they couldn’t even be bothered to get it fitted. He went there so many times and sent so many emails it started to get him down, it was his first big purchase at 20 years old. At times they patronised and intimidated him. I wanted him to refuse the car but he’d fallen in love with the car despite the issues. He was constantly lied to about how they were going to get a new key and have the mirror fixed. They delayed until they were through the 30 days. I would NEVER buy a car at Kingsway.

I find it shocking that a company would simply pretend the review is fake rather than learn from it and treat their customers better in the future.
