I would give Kirkham PX Centre a 5 star rating

Glad I came across Kirkham PX Centre on FaceBook as these guys are really good. The owner called Jay looked after me on the day. He took me out for a test drive and explained every part of the process well from start to finish. I bought a Skoda Rapid and it's been getting me back and forth to work every day, so I've no complaints. Thanks to Jay and the team for five star service.

There's nothing but good things to say about the Jaguar XF I bought from Jay and the team at Kirkham PX Centre. I've been down and back from London a few times and it's been absolutely perfect, so I thought I'd write this review to thank Jay for doing such a good job.

I’ve had my Mazda 2 for a couple of weeks now and it’s been absolutely perfect! My dad came with me to buy the car, and he made a really good point—so often, salesmen focus on the man and completely overlook the woman. But Manny was great! He made sure to speak to both of us equally, which really meant a lot. It was a small thing but it made a big difference to the whole experience. Thanks so much, Grace.

Jay and the team at Kirkham have been absolutely spot on—I can't fault them at all. I had an issue with the car but Jay went above and beyond, driving over 1.5 hours from Kirkham to Wigan with his mechanic to collect it. They kept it for about five days but sorted me out with a courtesy car in the meantime, and ever since they brought it back it’s been perfect. Jay’s been brilliant to be honest — every time I called, he was quick to respond and if he wasn’t available, he always got back to me. He said he wanted to make sure the car was right and he’s definitely a man of his word.

I'd like to say a BIG thank you to Manny at Kirkham Part Exchange. I thought the service he provided was absolutely amazing. It was pouring down with rain when we initially went to view the car, but he ran out with umbrellas for us. He was dead friendly and he's definitely the reason we decided to buy the car from them. I've only marked down slightly as the car wasn't quite ready when we went to collect it, but I really can't fault them otherwise.

I must chase up the paperwork associated to my service history and warranty, but I'm otherwise delighted with the car.

I've not got a bad word to say about the service I received from Jay over at Kirkham PX Centre. He was really helpful and sorted everything out for me including the warranty. They're local to home so I popped in on the off-chance they'd have a car I liked, and the Peugeot 308's been a great choice. It's been. really good experience overall.

They’ve always been just a phone call away and got me booked in quickly to sort it out. The work's covered under warranty at no extra cost, so I’m really happy with their aftersales service.
