Brought my car for a service and dropped it off at 9am, it’s now almost 3pm and I’ve been sitting waiting. No updates and not even be offered a drink. Absolutely terrible customer service I won’t be coming here again
*2023 REVIEW* Extremely bad customer service...Namely ANTONY HINE - CAR SALES MANAGER - RUDE, INSULTING, LIED THAT I THREATENED HIM AND EVEN CAME FACE TO FACE TO SQUARE ME UP...Avoid this BMW if looking for a car...They rip you off...i have video evidence where ANTONY HINE admitted that almost ALL the cars at this showroom are DAMAGED REPAIRED....LOOKERS BMW STAFFORD so much better ...AVOID STOKE LOOKERS BMW or tomorrow you will regret it BIGTIME... I HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WHERE MY VEHICLE WENT IN FOR A SERVICE AND WAS DAMAGED - BUMPER AND DIFFUSER HAD TO BE REPLACED- The Customer service is an absolute shambles and complaints are not dealt with properly...I've taken time out to leave a honest review...rest is upto you...MASSIVE SHAME THAT I HAVE HAD TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW..AVOID AVOID AVOID - Go to a different BMW Dealership

I have received excellent service from Jack Bourne. As I live some distance away he firstly sourced the car no one else could get for me . All the paperwork was done online with follow up phone calls and emails. After looking for a car for many months I collected it today. Can’t praise Jack enough he went far and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Would recommend Lookers and Jack Bourne to anyone. Superb service from start to finish

Drove some distance from Southwest to part exchange our car. We weren’t provided with the paperwork as told computer was down. Although several emails & calls during the months, they never sent the paperwork, informed us the car was Taxed. Eventually 10 months later we have an untaxed car! As BMW received the renewal and registered the car as sold. DIDN’T HAVE THE DECENCY TO INFORM US. Couldn’t drive the car for couple days. The car is Not Fit For Purpose as it’s diesel and only being used for short trips and BMW have now said (18 months later) it needs regular long trips. Not made aware of this at the sale because they want your money!
Jack Bourne gave us a professional and helpful service in purchasing our new BMW, We required the vehicle as we were going away and he pulled out all the stops to make sure we had the car on time.
They force people to leave reviews but it’s a shame that I have to even give a one star. Initially sent me video not showing the damage to the car. When I came to see the car I told them about the problems and they said it will be put right. Bought the car which they said had various extras and other items which was not true. When I asked for the spec sheet they said no longer available and then ignored my calls. The repairs done to the body was only a polish and not done properly when they told me it was smart repaired.Another garage confirmed the car has not been painted but polished. I could not make this up about a franchise dealer. Don’t train staff to make up specs on a car to sell. You may as well trust a smaller high street garage. They told me car will be serviced before collection. Picked up the car and no service was done. Angry is an understatement.

I saw a car online which was advertised with BMW Stoke. I called to ask if the car was available and the price which the salesman confirmed to me car was available and price was correct.When I arrived at the dealership after 3 hour-drive after not being greeted by the reception or other staff just walking around a salesman came over and told me take a seat with my wife.I told him we came to see the car.He told me to wait while he goes to get the keys and details.He came back after 20-minutes and said many people interested in the car and said price of the car was 3200 more than we saw online advertised and print-out on the car. I told him it cannot be as we phoned and saw price on the car when we came in.He took me outside and said I was mistaken as price on the car was different.My wife was confused , when we walked in the car was the price we saw first online. We looked online and the dealership had changed the price and sheet on the car with the price. So in 20-minute the dealership changed the price of the car and made me and my wife look like silly.The cheek of the salesman was he said he will give me £250 off the car for the long drive.I will not visit this dealer again for anything.I raised this with the manager and he said price was never 3200 cheaper and we are mistaken.Luckily my wife saw advert and I showed two friends who said I was not mistaken.If you made a mistake admit it don’t make customers feel small

On the day of collection the presentation of the vehicle was what I would expect from a back street garage ie looked like my grandson had washed the car, along with a number of Marks / scratches I cannot recall seeing when initially viewed. This is not what I expected from a main BMW dealership when purchasing a 2 year old car and paying a premium for the reassurance and quality you expect from a main dealership. This resulted in my refusal to accept the vehicle until the issues are rectified,resulting in rearranging of insurance etc on my audi which I had cancelled on the day of collection. I've purchased numerous cars over many years from main dealerships and none franchised and this is definitely the worst experience so far. I now question whether the mechanically checks were completed satisfactory if at all. At this time, I certainly cannot recommend this dealership.

Very please with the sales man, Mark Graham as he & the whole team at BMW Stoke went above & beyond, myself & my wife can’t thank them (especially Mark) for everything that they have done for us, we would recommend them to anyone 😊👍🏼
Not good experience at all. It seems the dealership do not look after the customers and they look after each other by not being always honest. I had my car MOT’d and I was told a discount code will be applied. When I called contact centre they said it was not working but would be applied by service department. When I arrived at service department they said discount cannot be honoured as there are no notes on system. I complained and nothing happened. I returned 8 week later after warranty work and the dealership denied working on car. I had to go home get paperwork and they then agreed they worked on car and work was not to good standard. It has not been easy dealing with the dealership and customers are treat like liars. Not happy and only lucky because I had paperwork or else they would not have rectified their mistake.
