Absolutely terrible service - bought a used Mini from here with nothing but problems. The car hadn’t received the approved used Mini checks - faulty door, air vents, wipers & the car was absolutely filthy. Had to take it back for them to resolve & even worse. They touched up marks on the car in the wrong colour & still not valeted. Lied to my face saying it had been valeted but still marks on the windscreen from the faulty wipers. Avoid at all costs.
Cannot fault my experience from reception to sales when trading in and purchasing a new mini from Knights North Staffordshire Mini.

Service department as poor as the sales department! Avoid at all costs
We drove over an hour to go see the car and we got there to find out that there was a Stoke game on so it was not ideal for a test drive as the roads around the dealership were rammed (especially when I mentioned my over half is not a confident driver). Well the test drive did not happen anyway because the car had not gone through the quality inspection so yes we drove over an hour to just look at the car (at least it meant we got to see issues that then were sorted to a great level - credit were is due). Then we penciled in a test drive for the next Saturday as long as the car went through the checks (which it did). Well let's say communication was not perfect and it got to the wire with me calling on the Friday before the arranged test drive to find out the time. The salesperson was on holiday (which is completely understandable) but no one picked up his customers for those days. Thankfully they did manage to accommodate the test drive and they did that in an excellent manner. As a result of the test drive we decided to buy the car for the PCP deal that we were offered. I should mention that up to this point we were not shown any paperwork of the financial quote all we knew was the deposit and the monthly payment. Well we could not proceed with the application until the initial salesperson was back and we did not know when that was going to be. It wasn't Monday as I called and found out. Thankfully it was Tuesday although their call center thought he was still off. Anyway Tuesday evening we called in and the second salesperson took the details for the application. We did not hear back for 2 days so worried we got disapproved I called in on Thursday evening and it was the salesperson's day off and as we know by now single point of failure, if the salesperson is not there no one else can help you and the only answer is we will ask him to call you when he is in. Beat them to the "call back" on Friday lunchtime, after I was told we have been approved obviousl asked the salesperson if they are trying to makes us back out because that is how we felt and everyone around us felt too. Then the final issue of the car was sorted and pending us signing the documents we could pick up on the next Saturday.Well the paperwork, it was mostly fine other than that the car's mileage was off by about 300 miles and a minor detail our 10k a year deal stated 8k instead. That minor detail was sorted promptly but if I had missed it I was sign myself out of £500+ before I even picked up the car. Finally pick up was arranged. We were over the moon to be picking up our car and I missed that it didn't have floor mats, something I did not think of and I only realised later on the day after driving off. Called up and the answer from several members of the team was well if there none in there it wasn't traded in with the mats that come with the spec. If you ask me I think it is pointless that they valeted a car without floor mats because it will become a mess the first time it will be used. Also I would have thought that a dealership could have supplied all their cars with mats when they cost £65 retail, surely it would not have eaten all of their profit. So outcomes, go through the car & finance with a fine tooth comb, have a lot of time to waste and expect the service to be of cowboys and not an authorized dealer. My suggestion just use their quote as leverage against another dealer (that is if you get the quote in writing
