I have used the parts dept and had very very good service there too but now I had to have a service and some work done. Upon arrival I was greeted in such a lovely friendly atmosphere, Andrea dealt with me and was simply amazing and such a credit to the team, her knowledge and general customer service was second to none and kept me informed throughout the day and I feel went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready for the road again, I heard other customers come in and everyone was so welcoming and it was a very relaxing place to be, a refreshing change for a car dealership. Travelled from Durham down to Stafford to buy my new M4. An absolute pleasure to buy from Knights South Stafford, in particular Chris Garner and Ali Agha who made the buying and collection experience so enjoyable. They were true professionals. I felt like a person, not a customer. Service was great, car was flawless and I even had a full tank of fuel for my drive home. Ali also bought me lunch which was a lovely touch. Would I buy from here again? Absolutely......in fact already looking at buying another BMW M4 xDrive from here for my wife. I have bought from Ali on several occasions before and he always goes the extra mile, hence the drive down South being no problem for me.

Called 5 times promised call back manager and sales never call the worst customer care ever, all i wanted was to buy a new car, decided to by a 60k merc instead

Continually impressed with Knights Stafford. Karl Garrod is the sales guy we dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. His help and information supplied made us convinced to buy a new BMW which we did and are highly delighted. Karl was Excellent and so was Knights.

Bought a new car, when we finished paying the car was bought round wet and the sales man told us to drive off straight away to learn what the car did because he could not show us. When we got the car home it was knocked, there were scratches, we had to take the car back to be seen, they tried to get some of the marks out but the scratches needed to be re sprayed, can you believe it a brand new car. I had to go to there work shop knights north to get photos taken, then I had to go back again to drop the car off and pick up a hire car, I had to fund all the journeys and pay for patrilineal the hire car, can you believe it. Worst experience I have ever had, brand new car needing repairs, you would have thought they would have checked everything before we picked it up, but I got the impression they new the car was knocked and wanted me off site quick as, I did a bmw review but no one ever responded. If anyone thinks of buying from knight south insist on checking the car thoroughly, this is the worst buying of a new car we have ever experienced.

In short - Purchasing experience - up to point of sale was fine but then awful, repeatedly failing to respond to emails which was only resolved when threatening to cancel the order completely. Servicing - OK up to the point where you put a warranty claim in for corroding alloys. Had to take the car in 3 times to be looked at, 1st time nobody there to look at it, second time staff member confirms no damage and corroded alloys, third time it's all change and the alloys have been damaged somehow and warranty claim refused. Permanent loss of customer for future servicing and sales
