Bought a car from KR Cars, was a great experience. From the initial contact, test drive, and purchase, the whole process was relaxed, soomth and seamless. We were treated professionally and honestly. Would definitely buy another car from them and recommend them to others.

Paid £6450 for a Vauxhall antara from KR Cars, got it home few things not right, I told dan bishop whom I brought the car from he said he gave a 6 month warranty ring them up and say the things that were not working had just stopped the day after I brought it,I explained it only covered the engine and I was not doing this,he said he would go to a scrap yard to get the bits,really I said I knew a mechanic and I was taking it there,I ordered the bit and told him how much it was,he said he got a quote and it was cheaper so he wasn't willing to pay all the costs,I was out when he dropped the money of and he said to my daughter ( not to ring him any more) I also never got the service history book he promised to get me on wed,thurs,fri, I should have trusted my instinct and not brought it as a few more things are not right,once people have your money that's it.

Promised to send new aerial and spacesaver wheel and never did. Offered a warranty that covers nothing. When I phoned a few weeks later to chase this I was told to just order one. I also mentioned my cruise control doesnt work and was told to get it fixed myself. Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service especially after handing over nearly 6k! Avoid at all costs the "owner" is very unhelpful.
