We found this dealer after an AA search for a used mini. There was no pressure but the vehicle seemed to tick the requirement boxes on initial inspection. Neil dealt with our first enquiry right up to final purchase. After mulling it over two days later, contacted for a home test drive which was arranged at our suggested day and time. All the details that we asked for and checks to be made were dealt with really well and thus led to a purchase date one week later. We could not ask for better service. The car is most acceptable and arrived in great condition. We shall certainly use this dealer again for another planned purchase.

Bought a beautiful low mileage Passat today, with 27,000 miles on the clock, extremely satisfied. The owner was really pleasant and efficient.The sale was very good with a good trade in price for my old car, and all completed in half an hour. I will certainly be buying from there in the future.

We bought a car from LCC Car Sales in July! No pressure sales, friendly people to deal with and nothing too much trouble. After having the car a couple of weeks we realised the heater wasn’t working- rang them up and they sorted it straight away, no fuss! Thanks guys! Carry on doing what you’re doing.
