I can't recommend LCH enough. The car is immaculate and drives brilliantly; I feel great confidence in the sale given that Paul and Mandy took their time to go through everything with no hard sell. I found a van at LCH Cars and made an appointment to see it, little bit of a treck for me from Leeds but it was definitely worth it. Upon meeting Paul I felt at ease with no hard sell tactics at all , we had a good chat about general things and just had a look at the van. The van itself was clean and tidy and just what I was looking for , after a brief chat about the price the deal was done. I can definitely recommend this place for pretty much any vehicle you could be looking for with great customer service and friendly attitude, It's a bit of piece of mind that he said we are only a phone call away should any problems arise, thanks for your time and service will probably use you again when needed, 5 stars.

Purchased a car from LCH Cars and paid the full asking price as dealership put it through a fresh Mot and assured me ‘if anything needs doing we do it’. Just short of three months later (within warranty period) I’ve just paid for two new brake discs and pads as they were worn down to the metal. I’ve been assured by my garage that these should have been changed at the mot and the DVLA lists the fault as dangerous (the car should not be driven). the car passed a second Mot later that day presumably with repairs carried out. Lch have been unable to provide any sort of proof that the works have been carried out and have been less than helpful in this matter simply saying that the work was done and it’s wear and tear. I have never known brake pads or discs wear out after 3000 miles. They have refused to cover my costs or even make a partial payment, they only reply or follow up to my messages when pressed and I imagine hoping this matter will simply go away. I certainly won’t be purchasing from lch in future and would urge others to check their purchase the same day as I mistakenly put my faith in the dealer.

LCH Cars deserve this bad review bought a van wasn’t new but you expect it to drive had 12 month mot but clutch and gear box absolutely shot took it to my mechanic wasn’t worth fixing the guy comes across like butter wouldn’t melt but be wary.

Massive thank you to paul and Mandy at lch bought 3 cars from LCH over the years allways returned as the service is top class . Very welcoming and there is no big sales pitch. All the worries when buying a car go out the window select your car and leave it to paul no messing about and just does what it says on the tin great service the Volvo is great mate thanks Scott

Bought vw polo in 2013 still going strong now so just bought Honda cv in march 2018 slight issue with bushes not coverd by warranty but paul went half to my bill. I have found the company to be very fair and will get my next car off them

i bought a second hand car from L C H Cars,nice looking car,asssure i would have many years trouble free motoring,but after 3 weeks,faults started to become apparent,contacted dealer and was told to contact warranty company, (dealer gave me 3 months but i paid for 12 months )i did and they said it was wear and tear,was i mis-sold this ?,after 3 months of negotiation,was told by dealer to return car,money back,less the time i had it and the use of,after consideration,given what i had been told,the cost of its return ( around 250 miles away )return journey home by public transport (round trip around 7 hours )was not viable,outcome,small amount of money back,decided to put it down to a very bad experience,never again.
