DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lie and miss represent themselves! There top sales representative (according to the awards) and his managers are unprofessional and do anything to close a deal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I bought a used car in December. The vehicle subsequently caused me concerns regards the brakes, the level of tyre tread and tyre “skipping” (which I now know to be a common complaint with some mercs). Further concerns regards the free breakdown cover. Since this time I have left messages and have emailed the sales person I dealt with. Sadly not a single response. Not what I expect of this premium brand and to be frank damn rude. As it stands I certainly could not recommend.

Great sales people at L & L Automotive Group- dishonest - rude and unprofessional management - Do not put the customer at the heart of what they do - encourage customer insurance fraud to manage their after sales issues and maintain profits. Shocking to say the least especially with the posh outlet they have hiding behind the MB brand.Not quite sure how the service I received is acceptable.

L & L Automotive Group told me the car needed 3 hours to fix. 3 1/2 hours later told will call back in few minutes. More than 1 hour later told it will take another 2 hours to prepare estimate. Told all calls recorded. Listen and see your terrible service.
