Put a deposit on a Merc CLS and drove down from N. Scotland to view and decide. Took about five minutes! Car was immaculate, my nephew who was with me commented that if the car had plastic seat covers one could mistake it for a brand new car! Serviced, new MOT, clean as a whistle. Very smooth transaction ……Deeelighted!

I purchased a VW Touareg R Line Plus from Steven at LTV, and the service and attention to detail, from the point of first contact and beyond, have both been first class. There was a minor issue with the car which I needed to address after I had taken delivery and, whilst many dealers would perhaps have argued it was not a matter for them to address, Steven did not hesitate to resolve the problem fully, going above and beyond the sort of customer service I have previously been used to. I travelled a considerable distance to do business with LTV - I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. First class in every way.

Purchased my Mercedes from Lancashire Trade. Lovely vehicle and a very high spec they do hold good stock. The engine light came on and I have had after sales service previously that has been shocking so didn't know what to expect?? Steven sorted the issue and the car is spot on. I needed a replacement car for my wife and she wanted a Mercedes GL 450 after a quick search on auto trader we found one of only a handful , the nicest one she saw was with a dealer 60 miles away ... this car was the cleanest low mileage one owner car on the web so i had no hesitation making a call to the dealer ( lancashire trade vehicles ). From the initial call taken from a member of the sales team and arriving on site to view the car the whole second hand buying experience went out of the window as this dealer far exceeded my expectations and could most certainly put main dealers to shame with his polite professional can do attitude.
