Purchased a Jaguar E Pace 18 months ago only done 6,000 miles got to say been a nightmare. From leaking in to having an inch of water on the floor to Air con packing up on a hot day. Latest issue would not start and having a 40 amp pull on the battery even with car not on . Jaguar assist said seen nothing like it . In all my car has been into garage around 4 to 6 week this year. spoke to after sales director told him did not want car back. To be told"If not happy with car i will get a sales person to ring you re having a new replacement at my cost ". I have now ordered a new car from Hyundai and they are brilliant. Never step in that garage again . Terrible experience from start to finish.
8th October 2020 : my f-pace stalled on a busy motorway Even though the car was recovered to Lancaster Jaguar Wolverhampton on 16th October, they were so busy they couldn’t look at my car until 3rd November 2020. Jaguar engineers are now been looking at my car for more than 2 full weeks and they still haven’t figured out what is wrong with the car or how long it’s going to take to repair. Most annoying part is - you can’t get through to anyone responsible at showroom and even more annoying is - they are refusing to give me a courtesy car when my car is still in their garage and being looked at by their engineers They know I am a key frontline worker, working for NHS, they still aren’t helping or supporting me with my commute to work. I am spending £250 - £300 every week on hire car just to go to work so that I can look after sick and dying Covid patients in our intensive care unit. This is my last roll of dice, I hope someone with authority and responsibility at Jardine motors read this and come forward to help me with my commute to work. All I am asking for is to provide me with a courtesy car or promise to reimburse the cost of hire car when my car is being repaired at their garage. So that I can go to work and make a difference to our patients without worrying about my daily commute Just to remind you October 2016: This f-pace was purchased from Lancaster Jaguar wolverhampton August 2018: stalled on M54, major engine failure - new engine fitted October 2020: Stalled on M54, major engine failure - Jaguar engineers are still figuring out what the problem is With such awful customer service how can Jardine call themselves a reputed company selling luxury cars !

So I tried to change my tyres and found out that the car came with the incorrect safety nut. So I went to the dealership expecting a straight forward solution. However, I got a nigtmare instead. They took my car in at 8am today and still the problem has not been solved. They are arguing about who pays for the new safety wheel nut, as I refuse to pay for it, as it is not my fault. Apparently, I have to wait until tomorrow morning until I collect my car now. A very poor service. I have waited all day and did not receive a courtesy call either.

I had an appointment for a test drive of a new f type,the car salesman was with another customer and still was 30 minutes later.Went on a test drive! car needed a service, had a low battery,low trye pressure and the final straw NO PETROL .We done !!

I personally wouldn't use this Stratstone dealership in Wolverhampton again. The customer service was poor throughout, even on the day they didn't seem bothered in me as a customer, they couldn't answer my questions about the model and since buying the car they have been poor over the phone when the car has had issues. I wish I had gone to Guy Salmon if I'm being honest.
