Since purchase of the above registered vehicle we have emailed Toyota, Toyota Financial Services, yourselves, the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Motor Ombudsman Service and sent so far 217 emails to various people in relation to the appalling Services that we've experienced with your company. We have made an uncountable number of telephone calls and we have visited your sales showroom on a number of occasions. The last visit to the dealership we had to block the entrance/exit of the forecourt with vehicles to reiterate your appalling services. Would you like us to come and have a chat with you regarding this matter in a non-confrontational manner then you may get an idea of the frustration that your customers have to put up with when they deal with companies that continue blatantly lie to gain money out of their customers. Your company sold us a car that was returned to you with problems two weeks after purchase a year later and you continue to fabricate, mislead and try wangle your way out of a problem that your company has created. Upon our last visit on Saturday 21st May your own salesman (Mr Collingwood) reiterated that it would have been far better if the problem were resolved at the earliest convenience rather than dragging the process out. When are you going to acknowledge the problem and resolve the issues? All of the above clearly reiterates that you have no idea of the frustration caused to your customers and to suggest that you are sensing our frustration clearly clarifies that we haven't done enough to reach your attention.

Traded my Dacia Sandero in for a very nice Fiat500X but my arthritic knees couldn’t deal with the clutch. After just a few days, I had to go back and tell them. They set me up with an excellent deal - a beautiful chilli red Toyota Yaris icon tech, 2018 reg. Only 7k miles on the clock. Automatic this time! I just love it. Perfect for me. Grateful thanks to Mark and Carl for an excellent deal and superb customer service!
New car delivered today from Lancaster Toyota Wearside and the whole experience was perfect no hard selling everything explained perfectly. This is my first ever toyota (CHR) very happy customer.
This has been a total disaster of a car that I bought from Lancaster Toyota Wearside. Its all a long story, but what put the lid on it for me was that the salesman was I felt rather rude and effectively I felt called me a liar when I said one of the keys was broken when I got it (it was split across a button) and I thought it was supposed to be like that so it could bend to operate the control, however it then fell off totally and I noticed the other set of keys are not like that. I had not been driving the car as the stain proofing stuff they put on makes me very ill. Yes, I know I was really d. What can I say? It's bad enough having a car you can't drive due to the chemicals used on it, but I don't like feeling I am being told I am a liar. If I was a liar I am guessing probably I wouldn't be so insulted. To be fair I would say that the salesmen have real endurance. The original salesman phoned me to try and sell me a servicing plan. When I told him about the problem with the chemicals used that had resulted in me finishing up in an ambulance he said "oh I haven't heard about that happening before" then carried on trying to sell me the servicing plan. It puts me in mind of the old Frank Crummit song: "There's no one got endurance like a man who sells insurance, and the dog got up and slowly walked away". They did try to clean the car up for me, but only after I filled in the automated feed back form. I am rather a meek person but there is something about this lying business that really makes me rather cross.
