Met on arrival. Offered tea and coffee. Suzanne went through the necessary paper work in detail. set up phone , radio etc. explained all the workings of the car.

Purchased my VW Tiguan RLine from Lancaster VW remotely, my enquiry was dealt with by Kyle, Kyle sent me a personalized video, that was very well presented, gave a clear overview of the vehicle and the vehicles specifications. Kyle kept in regular contact, answered all queries and a convenient handover date and time was arranged for me. At handover the vehicle was immaculately presented and Kyle came in on his day off to introduce himself. I had a great experience at the branch and all staff were very helpful and friendly. My trip to Morecombe also included a chance meeting with Tyson Fury and Tyson took some selfies of us togeather!

Absolutely terrible service, They manipulate people, refuse to pay back deposits and try to con people out of their money. The Sales team are horrendous and over a 1 week period must have told at least 10 out right lies which they later contradict. I can't imagine how many people will have had deposits stolen from these horrid people!

Absolutely joke don’t waste your time with them try to sell vehicle with gear box fault and engine management light on loss of tyre pressure nearly 4 weeks now since put holding deposit not had a decency to get back or sort this please Avoid these people I have all the video evidence and number of emails sent to dealership including management and head office no response

Just bought a car from these guys! Both women I dealt were fab! Tori and Suzanne….. Big shout out to Suzanne, couldn’t do enough to help with after care! Seriously old fashioned personable customer service where you are made to feel as though nothing is too much trouble….. Very impressive!
