Whole car buying process was simple and straight forward with no hassle or stress Ben in sales was vey helpful from first contact by phone to purchase Car handover with Suzanne was also very good she was very knowledgeable about car and spent a lot of time explaining the functions and getting us set up on info system. This was very good process using dedicated person for handover process Documentation process very good as it could be done remotely and did not distract from handover process. Purchased a brand new car from Lewis Cox. Lewis quoted that we would have the car within 3 weeks and the car arrived in a shorter time. Other dealerships had quoted upto 3 months for the same car. His professionalism, welcoming personality, politeness and mannerisms are a credit to Lancaster Volkswagen. Handover was done by a delightful lady called Suzanne Bland.
