Initial contact was with Louis, who was friendly, knowledgeable and happily answered all my queries quickly, and I was booked in to view and test drive the car. He talked me through all of the options for purchase, and what checks needed to be done before it was ready for handover. I then had an appointment with Suzanne, who was also friendly and knowledgeable for the handover. She showed me all the features and finalised the process, nice and smoothly. Purchased my Polo from this dealership, Louis was fantastic at helping me arrange my finance and sorting any problems quickly and efficiently. The sale went very smooth after Georgia took over. She has been in touch with me throughout the process and made everything very simple.
