Lancaster VW via Kyle Gardner the sales advisor, tailored a deal on an approved Tiguan to suit my budget and vehicle requirements so well happy. Come Handover Day found the service and professionalism of Suzanne Bland to be of the highest calibre, nothing too much trouble from getting drinks to connecting our phones to demonstrating the technologies and features of the vehicle, some of it twice or more to those not keeping up !!! so thank you for your patience with us. Good Friendly experience all round.

I bought a 1 year old Golf and traded in my old car. Super friendly and helpful salesman Louis Thurlwell who took me through the options and after some negotiation got to a deal I was happy with. Completing all the docs was super easy. Collecting my new car with Suzanne was great, she took me through the process and showed me everything about the car. Was a great experience and happy to recommend.
