Just purchased new vehicle from Lancers of Beckenham. They were very helpful and the process of purchasing new vehicle and part exchanging our old vehicle went very smoothly. We saw new car on the Thursday and two days later we were driving away in it. New car valeted and came with a 3 month warranty. Great to support a local independent company. When I started looking for a new car Lancers were recommended to me by several people and I can see why. Their customer service has been fantastic. Not a pushy salesperson in sight! Great informative service by both Richard and Theo. Viewed my new car(Nissan Juke) on the Wednesday put down a deposit and had the car by Friday morning- fabulous fast service. No pressure into doing anything you don't want too and my car waiting for me sparkling!!

What a great customer experience from Richard and Theo at Lancers of Beckenham. So knowledgeable and were able to recommend the car that suited our needs, Competitively priced and got a deal I am more than happy with, could not find any better elsewhere . Richard helped with the transfer of tax and insurance which meant within 24 hours we were able to drive off happily in our new car.
