Had a brilliant day choosing my car from Lancers of Beckenham! I was greated by Theo. He was very helpful! I part exchanged my car on Monday. Theo even managed to get the MOT done on the same day so I can drive away. Couldn’t fault the service I was given. Would definitely be going there again next time I want to change my vehicle and would recommend to my friends and family.

Travelled a long distance to view a car at Lancers of Beckenham, called day before hand to go through finance and called again 60 minutes before arrival, arrived ready to buy car, which was still on forecourt, to be told it's been sold 5 minutes before I arrived! Waste of my time and very poor customer service!!

Dear Sarah, we are so disappointed to have received this review because we feel that we have done nothing wrong. As a business it would be very impractical for us to hold cars without a deposit. We do receive many sales inquires but not all convert into sales, therefore I hope that you do understand our policy. If an agreement had been made to hold the car for you we would have removed it from sale, but no agreement had been made. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have worked hard for the past 18 years to earn our excellent reputation.

You seem to be very hard on the garage as you didn't pay a deposit to hold the car, so why would they keep it for sale until you arrive. What if you didn't like a feature on the car and they missed an opportunity earlier to sell it, have you considered that?
Just bought a car from Lancers of Beckenham. Richard was most helpful and sorted everything out for us. This is the second car we have bought from them and we are very satisfied with the service and the car.
I went in looking for something cost effective to drive at the weekends and Richard really sorted me out, the whole process was done and dusted in a few days and the car does the job. it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Initially I was very happy with Lancers of Beckenham and although the car was good, I had a problem with them since. They have not done what they said they would and due to this I would not recommend them
