I bought my car with these guys a year ago, so far I’ve already spent about 2 grand on repairs. It’s now back with my mechanic for the third time in 3 weeks ( different issues each time) various problems, one being that the radiator was placed wrong and not bolted down, this has caused my air con fan to crack due the radiator banging into it. I’ve also had issues with the oil sump, pipe and filter being placed incorrectly too. My brake pads were also on the wrong way. Upon viewing the mot history just before I purchased the car, they had “corrected” the issues that caused the fail however on my recent mot the exact same issues caused my car to fail again, one being that the hand break efficiency was less than 50 % and although “fixed” was still the same a year later. It was clearly not fixed as I needed a new brake cable and tubes and my mechanic confirmed that the ones already in the car were definitely more than a year old.

Purchased my new car from Landore Motors. Excellent service, everything ready on arrival. Let me have a test drive on my own which was great. Would definitely buy from here in the future. Thoroughly recommend

Car broke down within 24 hours. Offered to repair it himself but wouldn’t trust them to touch it again!! Air conditioning wasn’t working either. Also lied to us about quotes for if the clutch needed repacking. Not good customer service at all.

How can you leave us such a bad review . The alternator went on the Car which is out of our hands the car had been stored during lockdown not only did we come out to Llanelli Ourself's to help you we offered you a lift home we offered to obviously fix the car But that wasn't good enough for you you had to fix it in Halfords Which we payed £125 Not only did we give you generous amount of money of the car When 1st negotiating we gave you even more when you said you couldn't afford it ! And with the clutch I gave you the trade price of a clutch how is that a lie I was helping you and you've come on here saying we lied ?! Absolutely shocking of you to leave such a negative review
