Scott is a pleasure to deal with and as said before an absolute gentleman. We bought a Toyota Yaris which was accurately described over the phone and turned out to be even better than we expected. We left a holding deposit and Scott removed the car from Auto trader as he promised. As we were travelling from Birmingham he stayed open later on Saturday so we could collect. Nothing was too much trouble. In this cynical, aggressive business world of car selling, it is refreshing to find someone who is not pushy, prices cars competitively, only deals in genuine cars and seems completely trustworthy. I had never me t Scott before, but would have no hesitation buying from him again and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

Couldn't fault Scott or this Independent Dealership for service. I picked up a BMW 320i SE and I couldn't find fault with the condition of the car and the fantastic deal I got on a used vehicle. At first I didnt know what to think of the dealership as it is situated in a discreet street next to a quite park away from common noisy traffic. I am very much pleased with Scott's genuine service. And grateful for the deal I got for the absolute great condition of car I acquired today. Judging by his other stock, he seems to only sell good condition cars. After calling Scott and putting down a deposit. He removed the advert from AutoTrader immediately. He certainly does not have that "pushy salesman" impression. I felt like I was talking to an actual friendly person over the phone and in person. He allowed my to test drive it straight away, before I even asked. Even though the car I brought was in really good condition anyway, there was a very small dent he did point out without me waiting to look around and point it out myself. Scott was honest, polite, well mannered, efficient and true to his word. I travelled a long distant by train (4hour journey) and his communication throughout has been exceptional so far and I could not be happier with the service.
