Overall, my experience at Laundon Car LTD has been smooth sailing. The car's running perfectly, and I haven't encountered any issues. Leo was helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout the transaction. It was genuinely nice dealing with someone so accommodating. Despite the small issue with the spare key, I'd rate my experience a 5 star. The service was great, and the car is exactly what I wanted.

The Toyota CHR is running good as new! No issues what so ever, the car has been fantastic since I drove away off the lott. I am very happy with my decision in what car I went for and the dealership I purchased from. I must mention the staff and how approachable they were. Each and every member came across as very polite and pleasant individuals, I could of talked for hours! They seemed to be happy and bubbly, it was really nice to be around. I never give full marks as I believe there is always room for improvement, but lets go with a very strong 4.5 stars. Everything ran just as it should of. I am best impressed.

Leo is an asset to Laundon Cars, he is a great salesman, the biggest thing that stood out was how passionate he is about what he does! You can clearly see that he really does take pride in his job. I got to take a couple of cars on a test drive which was a great experience, I've been told no before to test driving more than one car, but Leo was set out to find me my perfect car....Once I had chosen a car, I tested it, went over it with a fine toothcomb, paid for it and drove away the same day... this was al on a Saturday as well! I can't tell you just how happy I am with the service I received and the Toyota itself. It has been a fantastic reliable car since the moment I drove it away. A huge thank you to Leo, I will certainly be back when I'm ready to upgrade/swap.

I bought my mum a car from this company but was planning of viewing the same car with another garage but ended up buying from here. Their service was just amazing. They seen me as a customer/ person not a sales target and we were talking about life, cars, work and some history about Leicester. Great location too with loads of parking. Their cars range from ideal 1st time buyers to some high end high spec cars. They have found a customer for life! The car was of a high spec for the type of car, great quality no issues they even gave me 12 months MOT. You can tell they source good quality cars. Iv had no issues with it all.
