Brought several cars of this company over the years with excellent and friendly service. After buying my recent car. I returned today to have my private number plates sorted. They were very helpful. Even sorting out the paper work for me. Phil was excellent !! He made my new number plates up and even put them on for me. Nothing to much trouble for any of the staff. I would recommend buying from Lawson Motor Company.

Bought my Ford Fiesta, great little car, excellent condition, great value , best deal found for miles around, travelled from Alrewas, Burton on Trent. Customer service brilliant, all members of staff so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Lawson Motor Company. Many thanks from sammy

Bought a car from Lawson Motor Company 11 months ago...what a mistake! Went back after 3 weeks with a power steering fault, didn’t fix it just told me there was no problem with it, and if it happened again then they would sort it, it’s happened numerous times since and they have refused to be helpful, 11 months in I’m still fighting with no response, unhelpful company I would never advise anyone to buy a car from here. Already spent £1200 on getting all the problems sorted with another £895 needed to be spent which is almost as much as the car is worth. Absolute disgrace of a company especially knowing that I need the car to attend necessary hospital appointments with my I’ll child!

I disagree with you completely there It has took a year after the review you finally decide to respond to it. I can assure you this review was not a mistake or a misunderstanding it’s an honest review of my experience, I have all paperwork and communications that I had with you On paper with a list as long as my arm with all the stuff I had to have repaired on the car, the biggest expense being the power steering that the car came back to you for after only 3 weeks for you to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and for the lady to tell me I drove it home and it was fine- she shouldn’t be taking MY CAR home. In my honest opinion buying a car that was meant to last that has had to have more than its worth spent on it within months of owning it shouldn’t have happened and I had no help from your end whatsoever with any queries I had. Therefore my review still stands as an honest review.
Let me look at the cars without any pushy salesmen following me round. Took the car for a spin to check it out. Fab service from Lawson Motor Company.
