They had a Land Rover for sale that caught my eye so I contacted them to arrange a viewing. Gary who was the salesperson was superb, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. They were very welcoming and professional, not the pushy type which I really liked about them and they allowed me to look at the car in my own time. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Gary, after a pleasant discussion he gave me the keys and let me get on with checking the car in my own time. The car was spot on and drove great so on my way back I had already made my mind up to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. It had a very well documented service history and it look in pristine condition. I honestly can't express how great of a service I've received from this dealer, it was absolutely top draw. I have already passed Chris' name onto a friend who is looking for buy a car, I was mega impressed with how Chris conducted the sale! After a few phone calls with him it felt like I was chatting to a friend. He was very friendly, yet professional and polite. I arranged to view the car and it was pulled out and ready for me to test drive right away, after agreeing to buy the car we set a collection date. On the collection day, the car was ready earlier than expected and all prepped ready to go. There was no delays or hanging around whatsoever. I bought a Jag XJ, and I'm thrilled with it. I do change my cars every 6 months or so, now I have found Chris and Lawson I will be back here every 6 months for any future cars I buy. As you can imagine, I have bought numerous cars and dealt with a lot of garages in my car buying time, but I have to give it to Chris, he is by far the best I've come across!

Lovely jubly! The sales re, I am unable to remember his name, was excellent, he answered all questions and explained everything really well. The car works really well and was nice and clean when it was picked up. The transaction was quick with no delays, all time frames were met, if not exceeded. I'm really chuffed over-all and can only highly recommend Lawson if you're wanting a new vehicle.

Its great to see the after-sales service just as good as the sales service at a dealership. After buying my BMW 5 Series I noticed an issue with the car and as soon as I mentioned this to Lawson, they rectified it straight away, with no quibble. The service at sale was excellent and that followed through to after the sale, Lawson has been great to deal with, even when an issue come to light.

Hi Lawson Motor Company, I wanted to write a review to thank Gary for his excellent customer service and support. I purchased the Audi A4 in August and dealt with Gary from first calling. I found the A4 online and spoke to Gary, he described the car to me and gave me the history and information upfront. I was on the train when I first called and I didn't want to give my personal information out loud on the train, Gary understood this and organised for all personal details to be handed over in a different way. I thought this was really kind. I was in a hurry to buy a car and didn't have much time, Gary knew this but never pressured or used it to his advantage to sell me a car for the sake of a sale. He ensured the A4 met requirements and needs before arranging delivery to my home address. The car was delivered to me the same week and was just as Gary described it to me, if not better!
