Bought a car last May (2020) It was delivered damaged and with a faulty turbo. Plus we are still waiting for ANY of the promised paperwork - they haven't even provided a receipt! All our requests have been ignored. Definitely would NOT recommend.

We bought a SEAT Leon from Lawsons, it was delivered to the door and all communication was brilliant. I have asked for them to look out for another car for me as unfortunately that one was for my husband!!

Recently bought a Mercedes from Nick at Lawsons, a good car but thought it a bit mean to leave fuel tank nearly empty. I thought I would have had a detailed service sheet with car as it is advertised vehicles come with a full service, what I got was a note scribbled on a old service sheet saying the car had a oil & filter change. Cars are supposed to come with a three month guarantee, when I checked paper work it did not come with a three month guarantee. In my opinion not very professional.

Recently bought a car from Lawson Motor Company and i was chuffed with the service i received. however since then ive had to have a windscreen replaced which autoglass had told me the garage had done a botch job to cover it. seems like it was a quick sell. when advertised it had 30k miles on it. got to the garage an extra 3k had been added onto it. not even had the car 2 weeks. have rang and tried to get in contact numerous times but no one got back to me. breaks are making a huge noise after breaking has been applied. will have my technician look at it to determine if after market pads have been applied and or no lubricant when the pads have been changed . i am quite disappointed to say the least will defiantly not recommend the service to my clients in the near future- although other people have had a good experience from set company

Bought my new car from Lawson Motor Company had concerns about Air Con and SIM card for the Nav ordered me a new Sim card promptly and got my air con fixed £650:00 Bill did not flinch he honoured the Warranty without any fuss would defiantly recommend this dealer very straight forward honest guy. First time I've took the time to write a review, but Lawson Motor Company deserve to be recognised as the best car dealer I've ever bought from! Dave the manager has gone above and beyond what I expected when I first decided to purchase a vehicle from lawsons, all the staff are great, I would recommend Lawson motor company and will defiantly return for my next vehicle I wouldn't want to buy from anywhere else now :)
