The guy at this dealership is rude and abusive.. not a pleasant person to deal with. For no reason he started swearing at me and isn't helpful or a normal decent human being. I would never do business with a person like this. Thank god I never have to interact with this nasty man again.

Contacted Lea Valley Cars via their website enquiry on Autotrader. Made my enquiry and filled out a form with my cars details for a purchase via part exchange. Received an automated email response thanking me for my interest in the car they were selling and confirming a call back from them was now booked. Sent the enquiry three days ago and no call back has come. Very poor and off putting . I might have given a positive review had they ever bothered to get back to me ...

Smooth salesmen but terrible customer service means I’ll never buy from Lea Valley Motor Company again. Serious and expensive issue with the car after 3 months.

Bought a fairly pricey car from a lovely salesman at Lea Valley Motor Company who, to be fair, was very polite, friendly and helpful. Paid for the car fully and signed all the paperwork, get in the driving seat and about to move off when we discover that the 2 keys do not work - they do not lock or unlock the car. The salesman was very apologetic and embarrassed that they two keys were not working but promised to look into it in the morning and make sure we had 2 working keys. After a lot of faff to and fro dropping the car off and picking it up again with no fix, finally got a fix with one key working for central locking/unlocking and the other key not working. Salesman apologises heavily and manager turns around and says that they did not promise 2 working keys. He said one key works for central locking and the other one because it cannot be fixed, has to be used manually. Absolute rubbish! We ask for £100 off the car as a result of this, he says no because they have delivered what they said they would deliver. We said you totally have not because we do not have 2 working keys! SHOCKINGLY bad customer service, poor attitude when it was THEIR mistake not ours. If they bought a car with 2 dodgy keys it is not our problem to fix. I would not recommend this dealership. Take your money across the road to motorpoint or anywhere else at all. Manager is rude, unhelpful and tried to cover his own back so they didn't lose money on the sale. No care or attention taken to the needs of the customer and they did not stick to their word. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought a Nissan Micra from Lea Valley Motor Company last summer. Transparent process. Paid a premium price but I suppose you're paying for the RAC dealership seal of approval. Very nice little car but no service history. Decided to risk it but bought the two year RAC warranty as a safeguard. Had the car for six months of trouble free motoring before part-exchanging it elsewhere for a bigger car. We were sorry to see it go. The only problem during the six months was the rear windscreen wiper, which packed up because the motor and wiring were shot to pieces. We didn't really discover this for some time (it never rained!). Should it have been picked up by the multi-point pre-sales check? Possibly. The good news is that the majority of the sizeable cost was picked up by the excellent no-quibble RAC warranty which covered the motor replacement but not the wiring! Generally a positive but not flawless experience. I would buy from Lea Valley Motor Co again.
Brought car for £7700 from Lea Valley Motor Company and was promised Rac checks usual family business. Within 3 days my mot failed due to handbrake and front 2 headlights having condensation..new condenser and regas..no mats in the car..brake pads on limit..total cost extra for me was £990 3 days later. Phoned them they said email us but no respose. I did point out the headlights and Ac blowing hot air salesman resonated it's only a £70 refill and lights will dry out after use. But nowadays you have to buy the complete units at £385 plus condenser at £240 plus brake pads and service and labour. Please avoid these guys at all costs.

We purchased our Audi from Lea Valley Motor Company at the start of this year. So far the car has been faultless which is exactly what we were hoping for. A none pressure sales approach at the dealership.
