I am very impressed it was a good experience, nothing bad to say to be honest. Ben the guy who owns the business is really nice he kept me in the loop with the communication he kept me in contact more than just a person buying a car and I appreciate that which made me swing to Lease Cars more.

Lease Cars had the Volvo that I wanted and it was all a pretty quick purchase, The customer service was good and pretty quick and the car is running fine 😊

So far so good, I’ve got no complaints whatsoever the Peugeot has been perfect I drive it every day to work and back and no faults. Ben his name was I think was amazing, I had to get the car reserved and he was thoughtful throughout the whole process. I would consider going back there in the future!

I paid a £300 deposit for a Tesla Model 3 Long Range advertised as having a steering wheel with “no wear” and with credit card payment accepted. The steering wheel was heavily worn and torn — clearly not as described. The seller also refused to accept payment by credit card, despite the listing stating it was available, which removed the added buyer protections. After raising concerns, the seller refused to refund the deposit, citing a “non-refundable” policy, even though the listing remained live for several days after I paid and other buyers were still able to contact him. I will now be pursuing recovery of my deposit through the Small Claims Court and referring the matter to The Motor Ombudsman. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience. Buyers should carefully check all descriptions and photos before paying a deposit.

Absolutely fantastic service by the company Director and everything as described. I needed a car since the car I was borrowing up till now was going to be used more often, so decided to take the plunge. Ben booked me in for a visit next day exactly on New Year's Day! I was so surprised he had availability. Took a while to travel to the location for a test drive but well worth it, the car was clean both inside and out, tyre pressure double checked on the day, beyond expectations, it looked brand new despite having 150k miles on it. I really liked that the engine wasn't cleaned as it added authenticity to the mileage figure, no one looks at an engine. Ben was knowledgeable and thought he really knew his EVs, with great knowledge on high mileage cars in general. 1 month on, car has been running perfectly fine after roughly 1000-2000 miles, I have no doubt it will continue running. It really drives much more smoothly and without noise or issues than cars I've driven with 50k/100k mileage. Never experienced driving a nice car so it really made me happy, and even if one day it breaks down, the memory will always be there. Not to mention the support Ben provided with financing and aftersales, so I'm a very happy customer indeed. Just a general life advice though, keep your car somewhere safe close to your home. Unfortunately some of the neighbours didn't like that I was parking on the public highway next to their house and vandalised the car exterior and windshield to some degree :( but I will always love her. Hoping to fix the damage once have enough funds touch wood. Definitely invest in a parking mode camera, with cloud connectivity if you are parking on public highway. Worse thing is, I live in a good neighbourhood, its just parking can be cramped around here so maybe that's what set people off.

Ben helped us he was polite and helpful, provided great service before and after. The car I got is all fine, only use it here and there but had no issues so can't complain.

I purchased an Audi A3, and some issues did come up. However, I got in contact with Ben and he was just great, he jumped on the issue right away and was able to get all the issues rectified for me before christmas. Never had a dealership be so quick to respond and actually take care of the issues properly. Ben went above and beyond, if I could rate 10 stars I would.
