Bought my car about 3 months ago. Although the purchase was faultless, I wanted to wait a few months to give a more comprehensive review to include aftercare, which was also faultless. While looking for a very specific car and spec I came across the listing on Lease Cars Direct. There were a couple of tiny details that I wanted to make sure were what I was looking for. Correspondence was quick and answers my questions perfectly. I knew I wanted that car, then it was a case of working out the logistics as I was 3 hours away. Ben offered to collect me from the train station which was very helpful but then we decided to part exchange our old car so I drove that down and we swapped. Despite it being a bank holiday weekend, Ben was more than happy to meet which saved me having to wait a few days. Although not a long time, it would have felt like forever waiting for the new car! Handover was seamless and took all of 5 minutes. The car was spotless, inside and out. Ben was more than able to answer any questions about the car and I was ready to start the trek home. Halfway home I stopped to charge and came to my first issue, My account had not been set up correctly somehow and I was registered as being in America which meant I couldn't add a payment card. Despite this now being the late evening, Ben was on hand to help me get around it and I was charging in no time. Post delivery there were a couple of very minor things but a quick email and Ben was straight back with a reply getting things fixed. Ben couldn't be more helpful. Car wise, it's been amazing, despite the high mileage, it looks and drives like new. I wanted to take advantage of the high mileage which scares most people and put the savings towards a warranty, which now means I got a bargain car which is guaranteed bumper to bumper for 3 years. Couldn't have asked for a better experience all round. Would highly recommend and don't be put off by the great prices.

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Ben ( lease cars direct ) so I know how good their service is, the car was as described and at a really good price. I got the car delivered this time and the driver bringing it here encountered 2 stone chips on the motorway, Ben agreed to cover the costs of these chip repairs for me so Im extra happy with them. I would highly recommend Ben and lease cars direct for anybody to buy an ex lease car bargain

Very good experience, nice and easy. I was abroad at the time I contacted Lease Cars Direct on emails as I needed something for when I got home. Ben communicated with me no problems and he picked us up from the station when we came to collect. The car was all ready and prepared for me. I would recommend this company.

I’d travelled a fair way after looking on ebay and placing a reservation deposit to take it off sale. They offered delivery but I thought I ‘ll have a good drive in it, all worked out well. The car was ready for me and they showed me all the stuff. The owner helped me, he was organised, helpful and seemed approachable. It felt like I was borrowing a car off a friend, really relaxing. An hour and a half later I was driving away. Very quick process. My wife will be looking for electric car too so we’ll have another look and see if he has anything. Their service was good.

I saw the Audi on Ebay and contacted Lease Cars Direct. It was sorted over the phone with good communication. I organised a walk around video and the car was delivered but we had difference of opinions over the condition of the bodywork hence the four star rating. However, we did come to an agreement to get it sorted. The finance company I was using have a good relationship with this dealer so that gave me confidence to buy from them.
