My most recent purchase from lease cars direct Ltd was a Volkswagen crafter for my security firm, I’ve asked Ben to get me vans previous and it’s always been seamless and relaxed experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ben and his company in future and he will be my go to for any vehicles.

Very pleased with my BMW 3 Series from Lease Cars Direct, it’s been running great for the short trips I've used it for so far. The customer service was good, and Ben was very helpful throughout the process. The only exception to my good experience was having to do the paperwork in the car rather than indoors, which would have been a nicer experience. Other than that, everything was handled fairly, including the price and the tyre. Overall, I’m happy with the way I was treated.

This is my first time owning a newer Toyota as the other 2 that I own are 35 years old, so it was a shock to the system but I'm absolutely loving it, it's a great car. I took the car for a service at Toyota and other than a low tyre pressure, I was assured that there were no issues with the car at all. Very happy with the process to get the car, Ben was spot on to deal with.

After a little niggle with the new car I bought, he had no hesitation in driving to my house, by which time the problem cleared itself ,but he still insisted in diagnosing the system which showed no faults .You cannot ask for better after sales service .Nothing was too much bother. Be advised I found him trustworthy and would use again.

Car seems to be behaving itself so the repair seems successful, I know these sorts of faults are not always easy to rectify. Service from M&P was very good, Jimmy was especially helpful. I have also been impressed with Ben's input since I bought the car and for that I say thank you. Hoping I have no more problems, but if I should , I have confidence in you and M&P to sort the issue. I recently purchased a vehicle from Ben. While the buying process was straightforward, I was dissatisfied with their after-sales support and transparency regarding the car's condition.
After thoroughly cleaning the car, I found an attempted repair on the front bumper that appeared poorly covered. When I raised this with the dealer, they acknowledged that the damage had been "touched up pre-sale," indicating they were aware of it. However, this information was not disclosed at the point of sale. Despite the evidence I have provided to them, they did not offer a resolution and dismissed the issue as minor.
Used cars may have some wear and tear, but a poorly repaired area that was not disclosed is concerning to me. Based on my experience, I suggest being diligent in inspecting the car thoroughly before purchasing, as after-sales support did not meet my expectations.

We are glad to hear that you found the buying process straightforward. However, we regret that you were not fully satisfied with your experience.
The vehicle in question is a five-year-old Tesla with 80,000 miles, and as with any used vehicle, some minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected. The mark on the front bumper is extremely minor—so much so that it was not noticed during your one-hour in-person inspection before purchase. It was only brought to our attention over a week after you took ownership of the vehicle.
As we explained, this minor cosmetic touch-up was completed pre-sale, and the vehicle was already priced accordingly, with a discount provided. While we always strive to be transparent and fair, we believe the transaction was handled appropriately.
