A faultless process throughout from first email to final delivery. I initially emailed for further details on the car fairly late on Easter Sunday. Had a response from Ben very quickly and arranged to view the car on the morning of Easter Monday. Saw it, drove it, liked it, bought it! Ben sorted a warranty (at an Easter special price) agreed to deliver (at no additional cost) once the MOT was completed, and was fully open about the fact that it may take a week to deliver due to his family plans. Regular updates followed regarding warranty, MOT and delivery. The car arrived 48 hours later at lunchtime Wednesday! - 5 star service, very fair price and a really simple process. I would highly recommend. Love the car, but would love an amazon voucher too Ben ;)

From first contact to post-collection I enjoyed excellent service from Ben. I was already familiar with the vehicle I purchased having had one expire on me unexpectedly. Ben's knowledge of the vehicle was both reassuring and very positive. Having researched and viewed a couple of these cars already, I saw Ben's advertisement just in time. A lengthy discussion by telephone was followed by a meeting to view and test drive the car, all arranged very promptly and with consideration to my schedule. Similarly, with purchase confirmed, collection was arranged which also suited my rather awkward schedule and I am absolutely delighted with the car. The entire process was conducted professionally, knowledgeably, and was a very pleasant experience. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Ben again for future car purchase. All of the stock which I saw appeared to be prepared to the same high standard as my own vehicle. For information, I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander in which then was quite expertly prepared. This chap knows his cars! Thank you Ben for supplying my vehicle in which I look forward to many miles of enjoyable motoring.

For those concerned in buying a higher mileage car think of it this way, your stereotypical car that has travelled 12 to 14,000 miles per annum by the lady or gent average going back and forth to work or even just taking the children to school and Tesco's etc will have a very hard life indeed. Kids in, kids out, B&Q today, Homebase tomorrow, park here, park there, clutch usage and brakes alone will take a hammering and some people seem to think this is the perfect car for them! However knowing cars and car performance, a car that travels in 5th or 6th gear along a motorway with only a suit jacket and a briefcase in the back is less abused than one used around town for short stop start journeys!
