The RAV4 drives well, very comfortable and cheap to run for a 2.5 petrol hybrid better than the Evoque economy, safety and mostly reliability. All in all so far so good only time will tell how long the car will last. Ben done a great job 10 out of 10.

I love my Mazda, it is brilliant and just what I wanted. Even when it had an issue with the rear driver's side seatbelt, it was no issue to get it sorted and Ben at Lease Cars Direct just got it all paid for me without any fuss or pushback. Ben is such a good lad. I found a Rav 4 with him on eBay and I am so glad I did as it is brilliant. There have been no issues with it so far either, touch wood! It is such a nice drive, I am from Portsmouth so we gave it a really good run on our way home and it was just perfect. When I contacted around the car I didn't realise Ben was on his honeymoon or I would have waited 🤦‍♂️ It didn't phase Ben at all though, he quickly nipped back and got everything sorted for me no questions asked. Nothing was too much trouble for him, although I did try to make it as quick as possible so he didn't end up in the dog house with his new wife! I would definitely come back for my next car and would recommend them to anyone.

I write down this for the safety of other buyer. I bought volkswagen sharan 2019 vehicle. The vehicle advertisements and the vehicle history is completely wrong information and I found out after my finance pay out the money. The vehicle is well cleaned and serviced with his professional mechanic to cover the problem and they serviced the flywheel noise by greasy spray and after I drive 5k mileage the noise is present but according to his advertisements and vehicle history the car flywheel is serviced at 103k milage and when I bought it was 127k. Also the person Mr Ben told me I will receive the vat receipt after he received the full amount but he lied me and he told me he can provide me my vat for my 100£ deposit This person even told me he can't deducted vat from the total amount because the vat is belongs to government but he won't print out vat receipt after he received the money. Now, I passed the case to my solicitor and Ombudsman. Please before deciding buy the vehicle with this person please be aware even he won't gives you a chance to drive the vehicle for trying he parked in the middle of other vehicles and only showes by starting engine.

Wanted a larger Volvo better suited to long distances. S90 was advertised on ebay within travelling distance. Magic blue car was gleaming in the sun and in good condition inside and out in spite of 120k miles. Praised by the delivery driver and passed a quick diagnostic test at my local independent Volvo dealer. And it will be much better than my V40 for long journeys

Recently bought my Mrs a Renault Megane and she loves it. Ben was great, he is only a youngster but gave me that 5* service when I was at Lease Cars Direct Ltd. The only trouble we have had was the warranty company which was quickly resolved. Other than that though, Ben did everything he said he would and followed through on his promises so I have no complaints at all.
