From my first point of contact all the way through to the handover, I was thoroughly impressed with both Ben and Lease Cars Direct. The service was top-notch, and I'm absolutely loving my new Ford Focus, it’s a brilliant motor and is such a pleasure to drive.

Last year, I purchased a Skoda from Ben at Lease Cars Direct, but unfortunately, it was written off. Given the great experience I had previously, I didn’t hesitate to return to Ben when I was ready for a new car. Ben took the time to go through various options with me and helped me settle on a VW Passat. He provided all the information I needed and was always quick to respond to my text messages. I’m absolutely loving my new Passat; it’s a pleasure to drive and hasn’t missed a beat since I bought it.

Everything is going great with my Kia. There was a small issue with the seatbelt, but the warranty company handled it painlessly. Ben was an absolute star, and even though he was on his honeymoon at the time, he still responded to my emails promptly when I was first interested in the car. I can’t recommend Ben enough; he made the whole transaction straightforward and hassle-free, with no pushy sales tactics. I’m even sending a family member to check out a car with him next week. If you're looking for an honest, no-nonsense car-buying experience, Ben is your guy.
