Booked my Audi TT black edition in for an MOT. Despite the technician finding an 'urgent' oil change was needed the service manager Mark Deighton released the car. The technician usually send an e-mail to you during the MOT but I didn't get mine till after I'd collected the car and returned home. It stated the need for an urgent oil change along with a windscreen wiper change and a systems check. The wipers are not too bad but I cannot understand why the service manager would have released the car when it urgently needs an oil change and systems check. I would happily have paid there and then for the changes. I called Mark who was unable to help. Now I will have to take another morning off work to take the car back in. Hopefully I will get someone more helpful and friendly. Failing that I'll have to take it somewhere else. On a plus note the technicians did an excellent job.
I broke down in Leeds. My A4 just stopped dead. It was towed into Audi Leeds. I live in Manchester. I tried to speak to them for 4 days. No one took the call. I had no call from them to get an update. I left messages for people to call me. No one did. The receptionist put the phone down on me after many calls, later the manager said she “was “having a bad day!” I was offered no courtesy car. I called the dealership owner Sytners. Again no help or assistance. I waited 2 weeks to get my car back. I emailed the CEO 4 times. Never had a reply. I worry for people who unfortunately find themselves stuck away from home on a dark winters Sunday afternoon and have to be towed in to Audi Leeds who show zero interest or care for the customer. The worst dealership I’ve ever known and by far the most unprofessional.

Leeds Audi are an absolute joke. Car has been in twice for a simple fix; the MMI control knob has broken. First time they texted to say the car was ready. Upon arrival to collect the works had not been done, dealership claimed they didn't have authorisation from the lease company, who I called and they confirmed the cost was authorised before I received the text. Booked it to go back in to have the works done with authorisation, received a call the day before to confirm my appointment, waited for fifteen minutes to drop the car off only to be called twenty minutes later to say they hadn't ordered the part and the works cannot be carried out, I complained on the phone and the lady apologised and claimed she had had nothing to do with my car to date - although she had handed the car back to me the previous week telling me all they had done was hoovered and washed it! Absolutely atrocious service, I would NOT recommend and would never buy an Audi because of the service received from this dealership.

Audi Leeds service is absolutely disgraceful; from the way they book you for service from the call centre to servicing and repairs to the cars themselves. Feel absolutely disgusted, pay all this money and get treated with no respect and they treat you with such attitude that we are not worthy to own high end cars Definitely avoid. Would have given no stars if that was possible.
Would not provide important detail so my finance company could pay out. Communication by them was awful. Good customer service should be judged on how well they can resolve issues when there is one - evidently Leeds Audi failed for me. Ended up purchasing from another Audi dealership without issue. They won't get any more of my business............

Leeds Audi serviced my car and as usual the customer service was exceptional. All staff were very friendly and my car was ready on time, had been washed and cleaned inside, and was brought to the door ready for me to drive home. I have been buying cars from Leeds Audi for a number of years and have always had brilliant service.
I booked my Audi in for its first service at Leeds Audi, they had the car most of the day and when I collected it they told me it has been washed and vacuumed out......when I got home I realised what a absolute joke car washed....I dont think so. I was appalled as I had just paid £360.00 for a service and if that's what they call washing a car I don't hold much hope in my car being serviced correctly as it certainly wasn't washed. I took my car to the local car wash and paid £5.00 for the car to be washed. Be warned.

In March I used this Audi dealership in Leeds to buy my new Audi from. They really looked after us when we was looking around the dealership and finally buying the car we liked. Not had any problems in the time since I have had the car. The car was immaculate it looked like brand new when we was looking around it.
