From test driving the Lexus LBX to actually picking up our Brand new LBX Lexus Holbeck Leeds were Acceptional,Proffessional and very Approachable. Taya went through all the Lexus LBX models. She listened to what we wanted for our next car and advised that the LBX Takumi had all the things we wanted. She took us for a test drive. What a fabulous car. We rang her back the next day to place the order. When we collected our new car Taya passed us onto Arron who did the handovers. All the staff did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend them. Went Lexus Leeds Domestic Street for MOT Seen a NX we fell in Love with spoke with Yaaseen Malik let him know our interest in the Car , Yaaseen took the time and care not pushsy gave us solid advise , got us a good part x price for our CT, told us go away and think about give us his card , this resulted in us purchasing the NX within 5days , the service we had from Yaaseen was 100% I received flowers , teddy bears for granddaughters ,Trust worthy sales man recommend you see Yaaseen at lexus if are interested in a new lexus car he is very willing to help you without pushing for sale , great advisor, Thank you Yaaseen

I took car for warranty work to Leeds Lexus service was Excellent and staff was so Helpfull did warranty work on our Lexus New Hybrid Battery Replaced it within a Day and car was Ready No time wasting I have been to many other car Dealership is well but compare to them it was A Great service and no excuses for doing a warranty work which was worth about £2000 free of charge and Looking After the Customer I would Recommend Leeds Lexus to Everyone Greet People to Deal with

Sacky is the man to see for brilliant service. Drove down from Scotland to pick up a stunning Z4 from Leeds Lexus. Everything was ready and tip top. Would go back there without hesitation as the professionalism was second to none. No attitude from him or anyone else unlike the garages in Scotland ( some areas) . Nothing was a problem for this guy. Great place to get a car. Ps almost bought that beautiful new Lexus sports as it is more stunning than most overpriced super car . ( maybe one day?) We purchased a CT200h Advance during May 2017. Our overall review of Vantage Leeds was excellent, with our sales person Sacky being particularly impressive. After a small hiccup with planning of a test drive, everything that followed was first class, from the communication of everything that was going on, to the explanation of everything through the process. The car itself was perfectly presented, and is a dream to drive. Would highly recommend both Vantage and Sacky for their excellent service.
