Horrendous experience, please avoid regardless of how good the deal may look. The change in attitude once they had my money was shocking! Bought a 2011 Insignia (40k miles) - thought it was a good deal at the time, however quickly realised I had been conned. As I got in the car (un-valeted!) for the first time I noticed one of the keys were broke, I immediately raised this with them and they explained this wouldn't be covered under the warranty! This is where I saw the change in attitude. The car then wouldn't start as they had put NO fuel in it! They had to throw in £10's worth and jump start the car as the battery had flattened when trying to turn it over. I almost cried driving home as that 'new car feeling' had been completely ruined. Drove it home and heard a humming noise coming from the engine - rang Kevin straight away who said he was busy and that I would have to ring back Monday and book it in the garage....
Leeds Motor Co were very very helpful. Kevin took care of me and the biggest plus about this place was the service. They were helpful and not pushy, gave me all the information i needed and went well above and beyond The did a free HPI check for me that normal dealers charge me for which gave me peace of mind. This is one garage i will tell friends about
