This review is about Leeds Motor Company Ltd based at Commercial Road and their Garage Services based at Burley Place. I bought a Car from them in May 2021. On the test drive, I noticed the rear camera was not working and the Car kept warning about the Boot being open when it was shut. I purchased the Car on the understanding the above defect would be repaired along with a couple of deep scratches being touched up and the Alloys being restored to remove corrosion at the PDI stage. The Car was also MOT'd. A delivery date was given which was then delayed a few days due to the "Wheel Man" being in demand. Shortly after delivery it was apparent that the "Boot Open" fault had not being repaired and I also noticed the rear n/s window was not working properly. After having taken the Car back to their Garage on THREE separate occasions. Once to investigate the electric window and "Boot open". The second to repair the window and boot open. And the final attempt to repair the "boot open" and secure the door card which was loose from the electric window repair. The Car still has the "boot open" problem and it appears that the Tech's at Garage do not have the knowlege, experience or tools to repair it. Pre-Delivery Inspection : Electric window fault was missed. "Boot Open" fault was not repaired. Car not washed adequately. Moss in Roof Rails, Tarmac spots on lower panels. Car was waxed to a point that the red wax was buffed into the silver paint on the roof rails. Interior surfaces were oily slippy due to use of excessive cleaning product. This had to be washed off with water and detergent. Car still had a awful odour of cleaning products, which only cleared after cleaning the car Myself and the removal of the built in scent cartridge. L.M.C Ltd charge a £99 Admin Fee, which is an utter rip off having found that they did not update the DVLA regarding the change of keeper. I know this to be true from information supplied to Me from the DVLA. Warranty: I paid £295 for a Warranty which is apparently provided to them via Warranties 2000. To this date, I have still not received any information regarding the warranty despite the young sales guy saying that I would receive a documentation pack. Communication: LMC have now lost out on any servicing as they fail to return My phone calls. In summary. A Company that would say anything in order to sell a Car. I suspect they will only take notice when threatened with action. I gave 2/5 stars just for the Alloy refurb' which was done via an outside contractor.

I bought an Audi from here on Friday and it the process was brilliant from start to finish. Kevin had great customer service and was very helpful. The car was a really good price and it’s perfect. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here!

Absolutely cracking dealership in leeds great variety of cars and carefully priced Massive thank you to Nick Hartley today as we have purchased our second car off him in 2 years, very professional in the way he deals with matters, not a pushy salesman like you get in other places always has a smile on his face willing to go further and beyond for all customers From viewing the car to the aftercare its been an absolute pleasure to say the least, we have purchased cars previously from Mercedes/audi dealers and the service and aftercare is dreadful compared to LMC! This is my third car from LMC and I trade my old car to get a new one, and got reasonable price for it. I never had any problem with my previous cars bought from LMC and the online description is exactly what you will find when you view and test-drive the car The sales man Nick is very friendly and helpful. I recommend LMC to anyone thinking of buying a car

Bought an Audi A1 from here. Everything fine with the car touchwood. Drove a couple of hours to collect it and was told wouldn’t be able to take it that day because it needed a full check, which was fine. Told them there was chewing gum stuck to the carpet and they said they’d remove it. Picked it up a couple of days later and chewing gum still there, Was told to buy my own device to remove it. The Aircon doesn’t work which is disappointing. Didn’t come with the audi navigation SD card. Conned out of £100 reservation fee which they don’t refund you, they keep it for an admin fee. I believe the reviews that appear on their page are selective. Will see if this honest one stays on!

The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. All of my questions were answered clearly and with a friendly and welcoming tone. This is a very good company for follow up phone conversations about new vehicles and they want to foster good relationships with customers. Definitely recommend. Ann Marie.

I was very nervous about buying a new car but it's been an absolutely smooth and uncomplicated process right from when I first walked onto LMC's premises. After 6 weeks of car hell and been sold a car NOT fit for purpose from the car shop, i finally went to the Leeds Motor company. What can i say but Nick who first took my phone call to taking me out to test drive the Mazda2 to the final sale is a fantastic guy and i felt in safe hands finally. I highly recommend Nick and the company and the car is lovely to drive.
