What a great dealership Leeds Motor Company is. We checked the dealership out beforehand and I am so glad we went there! I bought a car for myself in no time. All the paperwork was done there and then - seamless! Only needed to sort my own insurance out. Nick was very friendly to us and if there is a chance for a deal - LMC will do their best to make you one. If anyone is looking for a genuine car dealership wanting to really take care of you - you've found one here.
I am delighted with the quality of service I received from Nick in purchasing a top of the range car from me. The price we agreed was around 20% more than I would have been offered by We B A C-who I would never use--so naturally I'm pleased. Separately with another car the dealership replaced the rear discs etc at a cost that was much fairer than I would have been charged elsewhere.A bonus here when the taxi failed to show Karen from the dealership gave me a lift home! How many garages would be willing to go that extra mile? All things considered the service I received from Leeds Motor Co has been outstanding and one I would unreservedly recommend to others. purchased a Audi A3 for kevin at Leeds motor company and it could not have gone any worse! Car had to have one alloy wheels refurbished and a quick look at ? had car picked up as was working away, car came looked great THEN hole in windscreen no fuel and on way back home 4 mile limp mode. looking around the car shows one wheel different colour than the other 3 wheels? Telephoned Kevin the salesman about the problems and I was told to "claim of my insurance for the windscreen" and the could not do anything about the colour of the wheels "THATS WHAT THEY DO" Car was picked up and taken back to leeds Motor Company and limp mode fixed but somewhere between going there and coming back items stolen or lost from the car ? eventually got phone call from the owner of the Leeds Motor Company just the same that's what we do if you don't like it bring the car back

Nick at Leeds motor company was absolutely brilliant with me and my partner, couldn’t ask for a better sales advisor to help us. He was honest. Helpful and made the experience a lot easier. We are from Scarborough, going to Leeds was worth it. The vehicle was spot on and his service was too. Definitely recommend this dealership 100%. We will be sure to purchase our next vehicle from Nick.

Just bought my families 6th car from Leeds motor company and as always amazing service. I only buy my cars from here. Nick is eapecially easy to deal with
If you purchase a car from Leeds Motor Company go straight to a garage and get it looked at . They sell bent cars there clearly buying crap from auctions and selling on . Never in my life have i delt with such a dodgy company . From the salesman jason to one of the directors chris gilpin . I bought my car from them to find it riddled with problems from gear box faults to crash damage you have been warned .
Absolutely DISGUSTED with what Leeds Motor Company tried to sell us! Spoke to Jason before we set off on a 5 hour round trip & asked him to check over the car & let us know of anything other than minor chips etc. Jason assured us the car was in a good condition. I zoomed in on photos to pick out any damage & queried this before setting off. Upon arrival we instantly noticed a very noticable dent in the drivers door which Jason failed to mention & wasnt on photos. The front numberplate was all cracked and so was the front grill so my husband had a closer look and unbelievably after a look under the bonnet it was clear this car has been in a bad head on collision as the front crossbar had been fully caved in!! This garage claimed to have carried out an MOT and yet the front headlight was not working!! I dread to think of someone who has no knowledge, buying this car & having a head on collision in it as they wouldn't stand a chance impact wise. In my opinion I would expect this car to be an insurance write off & resold as a cat N at a very reduced price. Car in question was a white corsa NU62 FKL - We walked out with a very disappointed 17 year old as this was going to be her first car but thank god we had some knowledge on cars! There wasnt even a jack or wheel brace in the car to change a tyre either. Although we contained our anger, Jason knew we were annoyed and he didn't even bother saying bye as we left....Shame on you LMC

From hull bought a Audi A3 ,extremely pleased service 10 out 10 premium quality too,even petrol station 50 yards away said the garage was very good all their staff bought cars from Leeds motor company.
Leeds Motor Company wouldn’t even get a 1 star. We paid a holding fee for a car that we wanted to go away and think about overnight. We were told we would get the holding fee back if we changed our mind. Well, we changed our mind and guess what, after several phone calls, and emails, and them ‘pretending’ to refund by pressing the card reader buttons whilst on the phone to them, we are still out of pocket. Be very careful dealing with these guys. It’s not until after this that we have heard terrible terrible things about this company. They will rob you blind. Cocky, arrogant, argumentative & completely unprofessional. I really feel for those people who have handed hundreds of pounds over..we had a lucky escape. Make sure you do too.

Came 100 miles from Staffordshire to view a car (Ford Kuga) When we arrived, all seemed ok, nice car, alright deal etc. We went away to look at another car in the area, and returned as we were interested in this one. We went in to the office to find more information. The car salesman didn’t know much about the car so tried to more or less blag his way through when telling us about the MOT and service history. Both MOT and service were due in March.....there was a the washer cap missing from the headlight unit and a cut in the tyre (quite deep - wouldn’t have passed MOT with it basically) When asking about the very minor issues about the car the salesman was cocky, arrogant and almost argumentative and referred to the car as HIS. If this is what the customer service is like before you’ve handed your money over, then I dread to think what it’d be like once you’ve paid for the car and heaven forbid something should go wrong with it.
