We recently bought a used q3 from Audi Leicester, we were most impressed by by Steve the salesman who made our purchase so easy, he was very informative about everything and when he said he would ring or contact us he did, we would definitely return to this dealer.
Bought a new car with Audi A3 Convertible a year ago (March 2017) from Audi Leicester, a few months later the alarm started to go off in the middle of the night, we took it in to Audi who said they couldn't find anything wrong but changed the alarm. We went on holiday, left car at Birmingham airport, only to come back with a flat battery, alarm had been going off again....had to call AA to start us. Through winter, car lock was jamming at times and wouldn't close, but alarm seemed to be OK. This summer, car starts to drain battery again and alarm starts going off, I rang AA to come and start the car again and then again two weeks ago, same thing, 4 am wake up calls with the alarm. Finally, an Audi assistance van arrived and the really helpful guy Giam wanted to get the bottom of this. He seemed to think it was a problem with the window control that opens all 4 windows as it was in crooked (he showed me this and explained it could possibly be draining that battery). We took it to Audi Leicester who said they didn't think it was that, and if we wanted that to be checked we would need to pay £120???????? For a brand new car which is only just over a year old, wouldn't you think that Audi would check the car thoroughly and not charge us more money. They changed the battery so we will see what happens next. I am really angry and I am afraid it was my first and last time with Audi............not recommended.....

Recently we have purchased 2 cars from Leicester Audi. Reception staff always friendly & polite. Conor Mason was a friendly & helpful young sales man. Would definitely recommend him & the team st Leicester Audi.
Took my car to Leicester Audi for it's first big service. Everybody helpful, and friendly.Kept me updated by text, phone and even video while service was being done. Came away with nicely valeted and well serviced vehicle. No complaints. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

If a vehicle is in service for 1 fault, why should your Audi customer pay for additional 2 faults to be rectified, when they have been created by the Audi service team. And been bullied in to accepting the end result of driving a car away from the Audi dealership with 3 faults!! Took Leicester Audi weeks to give me my car back, nothing fixed, rude manager, couldn't even acknowledged my email, admin duties failed due to missing my booking, car stood in their forecourt for over a week, when queried manager quick to say no booking was made, will have to wait for cancellation of another service vehicle before mindi's looked at. Sent the manager the booking confirmation, he didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge he'd revived the mail, let alone get the car into servicing, had to wait a day or two again. Leicester Audi say the suspension is fixed, but cannot be sure as they killed the battery and created a fault with the adaptive lighting. Need new battery to erase all faults, and making me foot the bill, saying it's a time thing with the battery, it's too old! But I never had any issues with the battery prior to my car going in to the service centre! Avoid, ain't the first time I've walked away from the service centre, but it will definitely be the last time. First time they had the car and couldn't determine the leak from the Windscreen reservoir! This took then 3 days to tell me nothing is found, I walked to the service area got a jug of water and filled the reservoir and show them this is the way you check, as the water leaked on to their floor. Again no apology from manager who was involved with the quality of Leicester Audi's service. Never buy a Audi again and will alway deter my friends and family, due to this appalling, bully antics and less than satisfactory service! Sukhi Bains.
Purchased a new A4 from here. Very helpful staff from the receptionists through to the salesmen. Very professional without being pushy. Recently took the car in for a service and found the service given to be excellent. Would strongly recommend this dealer to others.
