He spends the time to talk through all the gadgets in the car too, I won’t buy my cars anywhere else. I went in one Saturday and was greeted by a very welcoming young man called Tom. He went into great detail on supporting what I wanted and throughout the day his service remained fantastic. I fully recommend this dealership due to the customer experience provided.

I'm make update on my car,and now I'm can't use,because my dashboard its red went turning on my car,I'm need to spend around 400 pounds to solve my problems.

Purchased a used 2016 Q5 just over 12 months ago from Leicester Audi. Had a few issues with the purchase as they couldn't organise to swop my expensive Audi towbar from my old Q5 to the new, I had to organise it myself on the day of sale, this debacle should have taught me a lesson of things to come. Within months of purchase their sales people are hitting me with messages and emails to purchase a new car, extended warranty, service plans etc etc. However when I had an issue with the car, weeks out of warranty they did not respond to any of my calls or emails until a salesman rang me almost a week later realised I was not interested in purchasing so rang off promising service manager would contact. At this time I was in the middle of Europe heading for Greece with an unusable motor looking for some advice from Audi UK. Almost a month later I've had 3 follow up calls from Audi Uk nothing from Leicester. I realise it's not an option for most but got my car, that's done 15000 miles , recovered to the Audi main dealer in Kalamata what fantastic service and continued support I have received that should be the benchmark for all Audi dealers but certainly is not for these at Leicester.

Bought a 2019 Audi A6 ex demo few months old from Leicester Audi, discovered when I got it home there was no instruction manuals pack. Contacted Habs the sales person and was told he would locate and forward, week or so later one manual came from different car with wrong chassis number and all the info you need for your new purchase frustrating can’t see how original manuals can not be located considering I was told it was being used by one of his managers how can they just disappear? So after some unanswered calls and emails I contacted Used sales manager Kevin I think the name was and he told me that a complete new set of manuals would be ordered and sent to me. After 6 weeks with new car which is very complicated with lots of mod cons they send me one of many manuals that should come with car and no wallet etc, disappointed to say the least very poor customer care. The car was bought for my wife and she is struggling with day to day use since purchase!

I PHONED LEICESTER AUDI ON THREE OCCASIONS AND THEY COULD NOT GET HOLD OF A SERVICE MANAGER AT ALL THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE DAY.
