Hey Mercedes , I was only in for a spare part and was welcomed by a lovely lady called Kelly who showed me round and couldn’t believe how far advanced the designs and technology in all the ranges. My Mercedes sadly will be handed down to my son and I am coming back in for a CLA which she said she also had. I thought it was just sales talk but she went out of her way to show me hers which was lovely and shiny black model as there wasn’t another black one in there. Thanks for showing yours to me Kelly and all the knowledge and explaining how the cars now talk to you. I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle, paid cash, promised a service before collection.... not done. No after sales at all! Car been off the road at dealership a total of 69 days since purchase. Asked for refund and they want to include the "loan car" period..... SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. I would 100% NOT recommend this dealership, no wonder they've only got 3.5*** and ranked #61 out of 120, that's just under 50%! Wow! Defo recommend going elsewhere

I was in the Leicester showroom on Saturday and it was a great experience. The staff were really helpful especially Alvin the sales man that looked after. He was lovely & very helpful. All the staff were very friendly & efficient

Booked car in due to engine light coming on to get issue rectified & got approved local garage to look at it 1st, was told it would be covered by recall as know failure of part so got it booked in on a Friday they had it the whole day, & rang at 17:30 to say you can pick up on which was impossible to get there before they closed at 18:00 due to distance & city traffic. Anyway got there Saturday morning waited around half an hr, upon receiving keys I asked had issue been resolved & was told yes to which I questioned so no more engine light on. Only to be told they did an software update & engine light was still on, I then replied nothing has been resolved then & the man gets all defensive with we updated the software. I informed him that was not the reason for the car being booked in, told me leave it with me & I will call you on Monday as have to get a work order to get it dealt with. A whole month of me ringing them each week & no one getting back to me & trying to get this work carried out. This place is a clown recruitment centre you just get passed around from one department to another, no one seems to communicate with each other, so much for calls are recorded for monitoring & training purposes !

Got a valuation on line £63050 guaranteed for 14 days went to give the car to the Leicester dealer and they offered me £58000 what scam Mercedes-Benz valuation is a big scam manège simione not doing his job right
