Hi there. I too, have had appalling service from this garage. After just one month I noticed a problem which turned out to be a serious defect. It was obvious that the problem existed before I purchased the vehicle. They offered me a tiny contribution to the repair cost but that was it. When I bought the vehicle, I expressed my wariness due to the terrible reviews Leicester Van Centre had received on line. I'm sure this is why they have suddenly received, what I perceive as manufactured rave reviews. I'm currently going down the Trading Standards route, with a view to court action. Perhaps we could get our heads together or perhaps we could be helpful to one another.

I'm leaving this review as when i first saw the van listed on auto trader and eBay, i checked out Leicester Van Centre history and read not so good reviews about them, but thought to myself any body can do this as i have my own business and you do get some weird customers. I still decided i wanted to view the van as it was a great deal once i arrived i was happy to start to finish with the whole transaction. Had the van for 2 months now and has been great. Cheers lads. !!! Brilliant service Pete And Simon. Van drives A1 and well happy with the service carried out by Leicester van centre. Highly recommended seller. They gave me a good price on my part exchange and was happy to give me a 24 months warranty within the price. Overall 10/10.
Arranged to buy a van Cash sale from Leicester Van Centre. Got it checked over by AA first. Lots of mechanical issues. Asked to get these resolved before purchase. Now do not take calls and refuse all correspondence. Will be taking them to Court AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid at all costs. Purchased a faulty vehicle from them. They refuse all consumer rights and lead you on a merry dance to frustration. I'm pursuing legal action against them. Don't fall in the same trap.
Was sold a Toyota hiace .roughest vehicle I've ever driven .only had half service history .from 73000 to 135000 miles had no service history .want my money back .was promosed by boss Pete that he's swap with another hiace but he hasn't come good on his word and isn't replying to messages .avoid at all costs .in in touch with governing body to get money back. I want a full refund .van needs a turbo and clutch .

Completely unreliable! DO NOT buy a vehicle from these. They cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication. Terrible experience at Leicester Van Centre.
I bought a van with £700 warranty. After a week or so I called the warranty providers and they said that they never heard of me nor they hear about my van. Seller stopped taking my calls and never called me back. I requested cancellation of the warranty but I am yet to hear about it. I have never received the VAT invoice which I requested at the time of the sale. Second set of keys is yet to arrive too. Avoid at all cost.

Sound lads at Leicester Van Centre, the sale was very straightforward. There was a bit of a delay when I went to pick it up as the dealer was late back from London but it gave me the chance to give it a good second look. I use the van for work and its been reliable as anything.
