Just swapped my Multivan for a newer one and got the same outstanding service I did last time. Highly recommend.
The "perfect condition, like new" approved used vehicle I ordered was delivered to me with faults. I called them in July, explained the problem to try and sort a resolution, and was promised a call back, which never happened. I sent the manager a letter detailing everything (recorded delivery) which arrived there 1st August. No reply. I followed up with a call 17th August, and was once again promised a call back, which never happened. I called again 20th September and was told this time to email complaints@parkwayvolkswagen.co.uk with details of everything. I put everything in an email and no reply. I followed up this email two weeks later - yep, you guessed it - no reply. The main Volkswagen complaints team need for me to get a response from Parkway before they can proceed with a formal complaint, which I can only imagine is why Parkway are deciding to ignore me. I now have involved the Vehicle Ombudsman, who have accepted the case.

Took my VW Transporter for a service and a few light repairs... Charlotte and her team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to find the best solution to my issues. Really couldn't of asked for better service. So nice to be served by happy friendly people.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Had my car for nearly 30 days for a primary user fault, but trying to get a update or feedback from the front desk was a awful. The worst from a dealership I have ever experienced. No call backs when promised, often pit on hold for ages then phone goes dead. Called to sometimes being put through to Derby for soke reason. Wrote letter of complaint dirty to Charlotte the so called manager and VW customer services who said to day I need to contact the centre directly to resolve my complaint...erm tried that but Charlotte feels its great management to ignore customers, so doubt I will get a response. So no choice but to do it publicly on social media. 30 days without my car and not even a sorry for the awful service that Charlotte allows from her staff.

Had a terrible experience using the service centre for a repair. I had originally purchased the vehicle from them. Amber gearbox warning light resulted in no choice but to have a full gearbox replacement at only 27k miles because it was no longer driveable after they started their first investigation. Took over 30 days to get it done. Was almost impossible to get updates or callbacks from them. Constantly diverted calls to the derby parkway to avoid them, or just put me on hold for long periods of time and then would randomly pick up the phone and hang up. Cost was extortionate compared to the local specalists

Shocking aftercare service , they never call you back - once they have your money the promises made become empty !! Hoping you will go away I presume - never ever have we experienced such an awful unprofessional non-service from what we thought were a reputable company.

Car not ready as promised, phone cables promised would be supplied with the car were not supplied, chased numerous times, no contact or ownership from the dealership, we have had to chase them, still not received, useless.

This is without a doubt the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I purchased a Golf R from them, and it took them 9 months to fix the paint problem. They then resprayed it, but in the process, damaged the side skirt. Everyone at the dealership provided appalling service, constantly telling lies, and they only made things right once the ombudsman got involved.
Once they have your money, the customer service is beyond appalling. I purchased a Caddy van from this dealership eight months ago. The sales process was fantastic. The van was only two years old but has had ongoing issues as the starter motor is faulty. I have had to call VW breakdown Assist six times within the last two months and last week, VW refused to look at it after it was booked in months in advance purely because I asked to escalate a complaint after having days of my time wasted due booking errors by the incompetent staff in aftersales. In response to my request to make a formal complaint, I was told to leave and take my van elsewhere if I had a problem. I have had days of my time wasted by this dealership with MOT errors, service mistakes and incorrect information logged during calls. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to commence legal proceedings due to all my losses incurred. Having read some of the other reviews, it's very apparent that I'm not the only customer to have been subjected to this conduct. The two women who work in aftersales named Celine (front desk) and Charlotte Cane have the most unbelievable attitudes...the latter being a manager apparently. She told me to leave the dealership after I asked to speak to her to escalate my complaint. Her way of dealing with a unhappy customer is to raise her voice and state it's tough luck if you're not happy with the service. Those females are happy to sit there and giggle away while customers have their entire day wasted waiting for them to rectify their continuous errors...I've never experienced disrespect or arrogance like it. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using any Parkway VW dealership following this experience. I have ample evidence to present in court and I am actually looking forward to publicising my case in order to warn others who could potentially fall into the same trap. They have got away with robbing customers for long enough. I also escalated my complaint to the Regional Sales Manager Wayne Michael and requested he listen to the threatening calls made by the staff from this branch and to view the footage from my visit where they refused to work on my vehichle after I asked to escalate my complaint, a van which I purchased from them and is still covered under warranty. He failed to investigate the matter but fortunately I have all the conversations recorded which highlight all the lies and shocking staff conduct. Making a complaint is clearly a sore subject at this dealership and they will have you out of the door to ensure it doesn't happen. It's absolutely unbelievable that this branch remains operational and its clear that it's soley down to the fact that they are prepared to cover up for each other from the top down. I've never experienced blatant lies and corruption like it. Avoid VW Parkway at all costs or be prepared to lose some serious money on your purchase, along with having abuse hurled at you from the riff raff that you have to deal with in aftersales.
