Sold me a faulty car, then they took it in for repairs and then they said they sold it back to the original owner (without my permission!)., 4 months later and still waiting for my refund.

Car was purchased from a local skoda dealership by ourselves we returned the vehicle to them as it was faulty and presently are seeking a refund through courts that's our side and the truth. As for our customer the lady in question has been very fair we are a small family business and live for each week so cash flow is not always available on demand if refunds are required, most off the refund has been paid back and the refund will be completed very soon. This is not the normal situation and we explained this and was told there was no rush as long as it was paid this review shocks me as we are still in positive communication with our customer. We apologise for the delay but had some extremely large bills at the time my father prides himself on our reputation and the 52 years off hard work within the motor procurement. All situations are different and there is always two sides please come see for yourself kind regards Leo's UK ltd.

Now 8 months in and still no refund. Gone through court but they have purposely been delaying everything for as long as possible. Waiting till last minute to send paperwork etc.

Good set off guys !!!!!! honest and lovely to find a reliable family gang you can trust. Well worth a visit cars clean service good and cars priced very sensibly.
Brought a mini Convertible before Christmas and shortly afterwards it broke down due to over heating, the guys came all the way to Derby collected the Car & repaired it and it’s been great ever since. Would use again in the future have recommended to work colleagues
Took ownership of an x3 bmw traveld over 200miles for the car and it got us home with no fault took it to my local garage to be cheked over came through all checks very happy customer.
I reported remote locking system not working and safe mode (engine system fault) the day I brought it, Leos Motors UK said they get it booked it in, drove 80 miles there, and they hadn't booked an electrician and they deleted the Problem code for engine system fault, without having a mechanic investigate it. I then have them a second chance to fix the problems and they still wasn't sorted, I had to pay to get the EGR replaced and remote locking, and it's been a extremely stressful experience which is taking its toll, when all I wanted was the faults fixed. And I get told I'm the difficult problem and that they did everything to help me. I've got all messages to back my account up.

After buying a second car from Leo's Motors as the first was a cheap run about so wasn't expecting alot I then spent 2k on a car that had a broken bonnet catch which they said they would pay for ..they gave me a receipt and said the part is ordered and they will call me for fitting . After calling,texting several times they gave excuse after excuse saying the part came but was broken then the next time it was the wrong part. Also on day of picking up the car was told they have just put a 12 month mot on that day only to find out 10 months later my mot is due. Very disappointed as they were nice people and I had bought from there previously. Unfortunately will not be going back.

Was going to buy a car for £3500 but they where a bit rude so walked away.
Brought a car from leos motors had nothing but problems very rude even maid my wife cry all they say is all cars are AA approved what a load of rubbish I wanted to take the car to approved garage having it repaired twice by them but still having problems parts they use are not new even the AA man who came out to the car for the third time of breaking down said it was not a new part bad experience for my son's first car stay clear.

Bought a corsa from Leo's motors uk, within two weeks the heater had broke and the head gasket went! They only communicate through texts and don't answer the phone when you call them! When we eventually got the car back it had to go back again for oil leak, timing chain, oil pressure switch, crank shaft sensor, when we collected the car Lee who owns the business told my husband that all customers are wankers! Nothing but trouble shocking customer service avoid at all costs, and there are other reviews with very similar stories, you have been warned about leos motors.

Thank you for your review, however you seem to have left a lot of details out about this issue, About 50% of this review is true, The heater did go faulty as it does on most corsas a new resistor pack and motor were fitted at no cost to you. A courtesy car was offered but refused. A spare key was cut for you at our expense. And yes a sensor did go faulty, and was replaced at no cost to you. Beyond that the rest of this review is fabricated for the benefit of the internet.
