I have now bought two cars from Leon. I bought a 520d Touring in April 2016 and a 320d Touring in December 2016. I have had two good experiences with Leon Motors. Leon is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He is expert at selecting cars with a good specification and in good condition. He presents them very well and his prices are fair for the high quality and specification of car offered. I have never had any dispute with him and so far the vehicles have been without fault. I would happily recommend Leon and would definitely consider buying another car from him.

What a truly fantastic experience buying a used car from Leon what this guy doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing. If we had been spending £50,000 with him he and his wife could not have treated us any better. The attention to detail, customer service and preparation is out of this world. His cars look fantastic on the website but its a real treat when you view them in his garage. Paul his valeter is a real genius and has an eye for detail second to none and my particular car was valeted three times before it was delivered. Even the spare wheel and petrol cap got the once over. A total breath of fresh air in the used car industry I wouldn't buy from any one else now I have had the Leon treatment. If every second hand dealer was as good as this the UK new car market would be in trouble. To sum up a top bloke who has passion that is selling the best cars at competitive prices plus customer services and an attention to detail that is out of this world.

We have bought numerous used cars over more than 40 years (we've never bought a new one). I can honestly say that this has been the best experience of buying a used car ever. Leon could not be more helpful and gave as much information as he could over the phone beforehand as it was a long way to travel from South Wales. When we got there we found that all of his cars are top notch, exactly as described, and the car that we went for was no exception. Leon, Cathy and Paul really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble, and we are delighted with the car. Leon followed up with phone calls to ensure that we got home safely and that all was well with the car. He is passionate about his cars and about customer service, and no dealer could do more to ensure that his customers are satisfied. Buyers be aware!!!! I bought a car from this dealer thinking that i will be in good hands. WRONG! when i went to look at the car everything looked great and had been told by leon the owner that they serviced the car but couldnt turn the night off hence the light being on. With him being a dealer i trusted him but weeks later after the sale i found that all the sensors on the breaks needed replacement and wasn't service due it was a warning!! Since then I've had flywheel problems and injector problems. This guy has sold me a pile of crap and now I'm stuck with it until i can repair and sell on. Oh and customer service is absolutely disgusting.

Leon's helpful and informative style allowed me to look at the car I was interested in furnished with the information I needed without any pressure for a decision which made viewing a pleasure. His service was efficient and professional and I left feeling that he genuinely valued my purchase which is rare. I would recommend Leon Motors without hesitation.

It has been a really good experience with Leon Motor. Easy communication and making appointment, even though I am living in London. I’ve just got my new Volvo from Leon last week due to an upgrade and have bought 2 cars so far from them in the past 3 years. The owner is very helpful and patient. He is really a car expert. He always gives me informative advices in choosing brand and model without any push and personal judgements. He takes care his cars very carefully and always stores in door. All of his cars are all in fantastic conditions (some even like new) as same as showing on the Auto Trader. He regards his cars more like his “kids” instead of just a kind of business. All his cars come with Warranty and long MOT. If you have limited budget but want it in almost new car condition, just give a go. No hassle at all really recommended!

I bought an ultra rare Volvo T5 from leon" He talked me thru everything & was most helpful. I felt confident about him just talking on the phone, wanted to introduce the car to me to make sure I'm doing right" He wouldn't take a deposit! Now how many dealers do that? Obviously no hard sell lol. After buying car A problem happened that I & Him could not of foreseen? And he rectified the problem' where as other dealers would not & take it from me I've had quite a few cars. I'll buy from him again when I get bored

As I was based in Brighton a 500 mile round trip to see/buy an interesting car is daunting. Before I embarked on a 5 hour train ride, close up pics of the car was promptly provided and communications were very clear over the phone. I got picked up from the train station, had a good look at the car indoors, did a good test drive, talked things over some green tea & biscuits; then I bought the car. It was a pleasant experience. There is an interesting collection of clean cars and Leon (the owner) is an enthusiast with an eye for interesting cars. My impression is that this is a honest business run by an honest couple and the valet.

My experience has been the total opposite of the earlier review. I found both Leon ( the owner ) and Paul ( the valet er ) to both be most helpful. I asked numerous questions on the phone and via email, all answered with speed. I also requested numerous extra photographs of specific areas, all of which were quickly supplied. These were requested as I did not want to do a 300+ mile round trip in vain. The car in question looked absolutely first rate but I got beaten to the post in buying it as another chap swept in and put a deposit on it. The overall rating of 4 is given for two reasons. One was I never actually got to inspect the car itself so the 5's given are based on photos and conversations, reason number two was whilst the car looked really spot on they were asking really top money for it. As the car would have been special to me I would call it value for money but others may well have a different view hence giving it a 4 in value for money. Overall seems a good company/people to deal with.
