Letchworth Seat were professional, helpful, focused and a real pleasure to do business with. We purchased a second hand car from them and were able to drive it away within a couple of days. Chris our sales advisor was first class. They were honest and clear about the car and about our choices. We highly recommend them.

Our purchase experience at this dealership was some of the best we have experienced. All the staff were so helpful and understanding.. Our main sales agent was Geovannie who was very patient with our requirements for another car. He also assisted us with all the necessary paperwork and explained the technology of the car with some set-ups completed for us. The car itself was presented in the best possible condition and we drove away feeling we had been well looked after. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Beware.. Dishonest.. I saw a Seat Leon 1.8 TSI 180 PS which was advertised for £14777.00 on Autotrader. I called the Seat Letchworth Dealers and initally spoke to Alex. After asking a few questions about the history of the car including any additional works required, Alex confirmed that the car is in the workshop having a few parts replaced which are worth £1500.00. He also mentioned that the Alloys have been refurbished in house and all minor issues are being taken care of before they actually sell the car. I requested a detailed video of the bodywork of the car and was told by Alex that the car is in the workshop so once it comes out he will send me a video. I was really happy to hear this as it's been a few weeks searching for a good car. I spoke with Alex and offered him £14000.00 and promised that if he accepts my offer, I will travel to go and pick my new car up on the sameday (Sat 19th Feb 2022). He said "let me come back to you as I need to ask if I'm able to give it for £14000.00. After 5 - 10 minutes, he calls me back and offers to give me the car for £14350.00. He explained that the car has gone through the workshop which has cost them close to £1500.00 so he will accept £14350.00 and no less. I accepted the offer on condition that they send me a video prior to taking a deposit. He was happy to do this for me and asked me to leave it with him the as the car is still in the workshop. I didn't hear back from Alex so thought I'd call to confirm when they'll be sending the video through to me. To my disappointment, Alex confirmed that he is really sorry as some other staff member who never knew about my interest has taken a deposit from someone else who is coming next week to inspect the car and if they don't buy the car, he will get in touch with me. I honestly was feeling lied to as I could tell that something wasn't right from when I called back to pay the actual deposit. Fast forward to the next day (Today Sun 20th Feb 2022).. My wife (Different surname to my name) emailed them to enquire about the car and enquired if it's available and if we can arrange a viewing for this coming Tuesday.. Chris replied back confirming that the car is for sale and would be very happy to arrange a meeting for this coming Tuesday and asked what time we will be arriving. My wife emailed Chris back asking if there was any movement from £14777.00 and offered £14500.00 as I had a strong feeling that they lied to me because they had changed their mind on the initial proposal of £14350.00 which Alex had accepted over the phone. To both our dissapointment and disgust.. Chris emailed my wife back saying the car is priced at £15488.00 on Autotrader and they cannot accept the offer of £14500.00 that my wife had proposed. End result: Extremely Dishonest and Falsely Telling Lies just to avoid giving the car away at the agreed price. Beware of these scammers. Thank you.

We have been using Seat Letchworth for many years & find the good old fashion sales & servicing to be second to none, a rarity in this day & age!! We have just purchased 2 new Seat Ibiza's. Excellent first class professional service & knowledge from Glen & Alex. We traded in our old Seat Ibiza's & the process from start to finish was straightforward, easy & Glen made us feel very relaxed throughout the process. We would highly recommend this dealership. Letchworth Seat is a brilliant dealership, great atmosphere, sales team are informative and are not pushy. The aftersales a great too, they send me a video of my car telling me what’s going on and let’s me know if anything might need to be done.

Big thank you to Glen at Letchworth Seat who gave great service whilst buying my new Seat. He gave good advice without being 'pushy'. I part-exchanged my old car and came to a good compromise on the price. Glen also produced a bottle of champagne on collection, a nice touch!

This service at SEAT Letchworth is awful and I strongly recommend you avoid. The sales side of it was great until we had to have the vehicle serviced and warranty issues addressed. The workshop manager has no customer service skills whatsoever and is simply rude. Our car received minor damage whilst on site. This was pointed out to the workshop manager before we even left the premises yet he refused to accept any responsibility. We will NEVER EVER deal with this dealership again and strongly recommend that if you buy a SEAT you go elsewhere to get it serviced and maintained.
